Dimora degli Artisti is a splendid summer house enclosed in a dream setting due to its surprising view of the sea. Perched on the rocks, it was born as an ancient trullo and today offers its guests a breathtaking view with the possibility of accessing the sea thanks to a gate from its internal courtyard.
The strong point of the house is represented by its suggestive veranda with terraced garden and furnished with tables, chairs and comfortable sun loungers useful for sunbathing. Here there is also a brick barbecue and a shower, very convenient when returning from the sea.
In the courtyard there is also the iron gate that leads to the first access to the sea, obviously rocks, but from here you can also choose to go trekking along the characteristic and renowned Sentiero delle Cipolliane.
Inside, the house has a large living room with TV and air conditioning, a new kitchen complete with every utensil.
The sleeping area consists of two communicating bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds of different sizes. Finally there is a new bathroom complete with all services with shower. What makes the artists unique home is the possibility of seeing the sea from every small window. The house being first a trullo has maintained its structural characteristics and therefore has very thick walls capable of always offering a fresh environment.
It should be noted that the mosquito nets in the windows are not fixed.
We also point out that the ceiling height of the bedrooms is below the legal standard as they were recovered from existing old trulli.
The house is located in the Ciolo Bay, a special location in Southern Salento and the best place for those looking for a breathtaking landscape, a crystal clear sea and a quiet and relaxing area.
