Character cottage for 8 people Le Petit Courtoux, classified 3 holiday keys. 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen / dining room with fireplace. Peace and rest assured at the end of this dead end road, in the Breton countryside near Fougères. Many visits possible: Mont St Michel, St Malo and the Emerald Coast, Dinan, Vitré, Rennes, Granville. Many nearby activities: hiking, tree climbing, 1st category fishing, cycling on the greenway, kayaking down the Couesnon to Mont St Michel. Two character cottages in an old restored 17th century farm. Charm of the old, old beams, stones, traditional fireplaces, and modern comfort (underfloor heating by heat pump) for a stay of a weekend or several weeks.

Wonderful

Old typical stone house / farm very lovingly renovated and with modern building services. Everything is very clean, in the kitchen and bathroom everything is at its best. Very cosy and carefully furnished, clean and well maintained. Small garden area belongs to the flat for sitting outside and barbecuing, beautiful courtyard with lovely typical flowers. We felt very comfortable. 30 min to MT St Michel, 10 min to Fougeres, botanical garden also 5 or 10 min. Otherwise rural and quiet. Thanks for the wunderful week.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le gîte de Béatrice et Didier. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. La maison est très propre, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Elle a beaucoup de charme avec ses cheminées, ses pierres et ses poutres apparentes.

Un bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de Béatrice. En plus d’être chaleureux, le logement est très bien équipé. De quoi se sentir tout à fait à l’aise pour passer de bonnes vacances, peu loin de beaux lieux de visite. Merci encore Béatrice :)

We wanted to get out of Paris for a couple of days and this property couldn't have been better! -Close to a beautiful and charming town (Fougeres): check -Iconic French Countryside with rolling hills: check -Unreal beauty with modern convenience: check -AMAZING HOSTS: check The property is within a 30min drive of Mont St. Michele and near one of the most beautiful towns in North West France, Fougeres. Beautiful home near Mont St. Michel

The house if very comfortable, Beatrice was very welcoming and helpful. Traveled with my parents, husband and 2 children and everyone was comfortable and happy. Great kitchen and very well equipped home. Located in a quiet location surrounded with beautiful flowers. Hope to go back.

Très beau cadre au calme, très bon accueil des propriétaires avec des conseils utiles sur les lieux à visiter et les créneaux horaires à favoriser selon les endroits. Le gîte était bien entretenu, propre et équipé avec tout ce qui était nécessaire. Nous avons appréciés que les lits soient faits à notre arrivée, c'est un service fort appréciable!!! Nos enfants ont adoré le fait de pouvoir pécher et profiter de tous les jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. Le prêt de vélos est également un +. Prochain investissement que je conseillerais la piscine chauffée... Rien à redire, je recommanderai ce gîte !

Gite calme et tranquille

Nous avons passez une agréable semaine en famille. La tranquillité du lieu, la possibilité de pécher, les vélos, les parties de ping-pong et de boules, la balançoire visible du jardin ont rendu le séjour encore plus appréciable. Malgré un temps mitigé le barbecue a disposition nous a été bien utile :) Le petit bémol pour nous, le wifi HS pendant notre semaine...Finalement une vrai coupure avec la vie parisienne ! Fougères, ville a 5min en voiture est à visiter ! Le château est sublime. Bon séjour au prochain vacanciers !

Vacances très agréable

Le gite, bien entretenu, est a 8 kms de Fougères (très belle ville a visiter) dans un coin de nature au calme. Nous étions 8 personnes dont 2 enfants, très à l'aise (2 grands canapés et 1 fauteuil confortables), 3 chambres, un Wc au RdC et un a l'étage dans la salle de bain (ce qui est très pratique quand on est beaucoup). Les enfants ont appréciés la balançoire et les jeux mis a disposition : vélos, jeux de sociétés, livres.... et les adultes ont appréciés les équipements : lave-vaisselle, grille pain.... et les lits déjà fait à notre arrivée. Nous avons visité Cancale (le port...), Saint Malo (ses remparts...), Avranches et le Mont Saint Michel.... Des brochures sont a dispositions et les propriétaires sont prêts a nous donner des conseils. un très bon séjour pour tout le monde....

Grands espaces, calme et relaxation

Nous venons de passer une semaine très agréable dans le gîte où nous avons été reçues chaleureusement. L'ambiance sur place est très conviviale, le gîte est spacieux, bien aménagé, muni du tout confort ce qui permet à chacun d'être totalement à son aise. Le jardin est muni d'une balançoire qui occupe les enfants des après midi durant et les jeux mis à disposition (trotinette, baby foot, livres, vélos...) sont très appréciés de tous. Le cadre est idyllique et très reposant pour des moments de détente en famille ou entre amis. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus formidable. Un grand merci aux propriétaires de ce lieu d'exception pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons dans ce gîte avec grand plaisir et le recommandons à tous.

Confort, repos et proximité des lieux touristiques

St Malo, le Mont St Michel sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres. De belles sorties à Fougères, spectacle. Rennes à proximité. Nous avons passé une semaine excellente même si le temps n'était pas toujours au beau fixe. Le gîte est très confortable, propre et agréablement aménagé. Béatrice et Didier, les propriétaires habitant sur le même lieu nous ont accueillis comme des amis tout en restant très dicrets. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.
