Wide Villa ,(COD CIR 00300600006) devided in 2 floors, comfortable for 8 people, 5 minutes drive from the Orta lake, 20 minutes from the Maggiore lake, at the slopes of Mottarone mountain, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the quietness of the hill, of the lake and of the mountain. During winter time the house renting fee are inclusive of the heating system cost.
the Villa sized 150sq meters has wifi, satellite television, bbq, exclusive access and usage of the 2 floors of the house, patio with big table good for a dinner of 8 people, terrace, exclusive usage of the big fenced garden.
- ground floor - spacious open space with kitchen area, sitting room , and dining area, kingsize bedroom and bathroom with shower.
- first floor, one king size double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, 2 twin beds bedrooms, bathroom with 2 sinks and bath
guests can exclusively use all the house and the garden, they can also access and use the laundry area and can access to the central heating area. the parking place outside the house is our property and at guests disposal, can park 2 cars

Italian dream

An astounding property in a beautiful village. We had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. It has been very hot so the mosquitoes have enjoyed us, but the property provides burners which worked very well and fly nets on all windows and doors. Beautiful welcome basket on arrival a lovely touch. Hosts very helpful and easy to talk to, great communication. Would love to stay again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely loved the property! My friends and i Had a lovely time. The property was quite charming in a quiet and quaint Italian town. We had numerous walks and enjoyed cooking and talking. It more than exceeded my expectations. The property was about ten minutes away from lake Orta so was just right for visiting.

Highly recommended. Luca is the perfect host. When he said “everything you need is there” he really meant it. We just moved in as a family as if we were at home. Luca is very responsive and ready to fix any problem. His home is beautiful & spacious - a detached house with land on all four sides. Secure for the kids with plenty of outside space to play. Perfect and stunning views. Quaint local town close to Lake Orta. If you want to get out of the city and have a peaceful stay in a beautiful location - this is it. 4 bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms, open plan kitchen-diner & living space, with panoramic view of the mountains. Would highly recommend to families. Thanks Luca. Hope to stay with you again.

Richtig viel Platz für viele Leute. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind und 2 Hunde.Der Garten ist ganz schön, die Küche super ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und stehen einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat einen großen eingezäunten Garten, was besonders unseren Hund sehr gefreut hat. Haben viele Wanderungen in der Umgebung unternommen und den Strand in Gozzano ausführlich genossen. Das Sofa war für die Elterngeneration leider unbequem. Sonst alles super!

Schönes Haus mit Blick auf die Berge

Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit einem sehr angenehmen Haus. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in alle Himmelsrichtungen alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, während das Haus selbst etwas außerhalb liegt. Super für eine Familie mit Kind. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Haus war Top und mit Hund gab es auch kein Probleme. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Hatten sogar als Überraschung einen kleinen Korb mit Pasta, Prosecco und Keksen. Auch bei Unklarheiten, waren die Vermieter erreichbar. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in einem ruhigen kleinen Ort

Armeno ist ein sehr kleiner und ruhiger Ort. Mit dem Auto kann man in wenigen Minuten nach Orta fahren, da ist deutlich mehr los und es ist sehr schön dort an der Promenade. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Ein Supermarkt, eine Apotheke sowie ein Restaurant sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fußläufig ist auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos. Der Pasta laden hatte leider Urlaub als wir da waren. Luca und Paola sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal für das Willkommensgeschenk - es hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet und sehr gut geschmeckt :-). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dies Haus guten Gewissens sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschönes geräumiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns mit unserer großen Familie, Goßeltern, Kinder und Enkel dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden! Wir haben die überdachte Terasse mit der Hängematte sehr genossen, zum Essen, Spielen und Zusammensitzen. Auch den großen umliegenden Garten haben die Kinder und wir sehr genossen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist beeindruckend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und über WhatsApp jederzeit ereichbar.

sehr schönes Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist super ausgestattet. Um das Haus ist ein sehr großes Grundstück. Die Vermieter waren sehr unkompliziert. Den Lago D‘Orta erreicht man in ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage / Nice house in nice surrounding

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage in Armeno ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Zentrum von Armeno gibt es ein Geschäft in dem man hervorragende, frische Pasta kaufen kann. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. The house and the garden are very nice. The house is very clean and tidy. The location in Armeno is also very nice. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. In the center of Armeno there is a store where you can buy excellent fresh pasta. The landlords were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our vacation in the house very much.

We had a great stay , lovely village location, great supermarket nearby wonderful patisserie and perfect reasonable pizza takeaway..Everyone in the area was very friendly and helpful...The house is a perfect family home ..lovely, clean and spacious and nice welcome pack too. Definitely need transport as it's a hard walk to the gorgeous lake orta..

lieu calme entre campagne et montagne à quelques pas d'orta san giulio.

Maison et jardin clos très agréables. Chacun y a rapidement trouvé ses marques dans une villa moderne et fonctionnelle y compris les petits chiens. Une terrasse à l'ombre très agréable. Les voisins sont charmants comme la femme de ménage venue s'assurer que tout allait bien. Nous ne regrettons pas la localisation près d'Orta sans Giulio même si Armeno mériterait un peu plus de dynamisme (commerces, mise en valeur du patrimoine, activités) au sein de cette région touristique entre lac d'Orta, lac majeur et mont Mottarone. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et les échanges avec les propriétaires depuis la réservation comme la corbeille de produits à l'arrivée. Un temps optimal, une région qui mérite qu'on y reste au moins une semaine et tout était là pour passer une très bon moment et garder à l'esprit de très bons souvenirs. Encore merci a Luca et Paola.

I have been spending freetime in Armeno since I was a child, it is the perfect location to forget the stress of the city, stay in the fresh and forget all about your busy life. I love stay in the garden or go hiking nearby in the hills, or the best , is swimming in the clear water of the Orta Lake.
in the evening i love to dine in my garden, or in the restaurants facing the Orta Isle.

Armeno and our villa are the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hill, but not far from interesting touristic places, 30 minutes walk from Orta lake, 20 minutes drive to Lake Maggiore, out of the caos but close to top rated touristic locations such as Stresa and Angera.
you can enjoy swimming in the lakes, hiking or biking in the fresh of the woods, trecking in the near mountains in Val formazza, Val Devero, Valgrande, as well as on the Monterosa, the second Highest mountain in Europe. In winter you can sky on Mottarone or in others famous locations not far from. 75 minutes drive from Milano is a perfect starting point for visiting this wonderful town.
