1. Prior notice of your arrival after 19:00h. until 21:00h., a member of our team can hand over the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.

2. For customers arriving outside business hours, HHR has security boxes so you can pick up the keys.



. Online check-in is essential to register your reservation and speed up the process of your arrival at the accommodation, and it is very important to complete it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon your departure all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.

. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our customers; communication is important and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will let us know.

. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory per person and per night (maximum 7 nights), from age 17 onwards.

. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.

Miserable

Die Wohnung war dreckig, in der Küche und Duche war überall Schimmel. Die Fließen waren kaputt und wackelten bei jedem Schritt. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gedacht, aber im Wohnzimmer stand nur ein kleines schmutziges Sofa. Obwohl in der Beschreibung Vorhanden steht, verfügt die Wohnung über keine Waschmaschine. Auf Nachfrage haben wir keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Da es auch keine Spülmaschine gab, war das Geschirr von vorherigen Gästen nur abgewaschen und sah ekelhaft aus. Das Treppenhaus war Horror. Die Treppen sind steil und sehr eng, sodass für Erwachsene schwierig ist hinauf oder herunter zu stiegen. Unser Kind sind da herunter gerollt hat sich dabei am Kopf verletzt. Den Gestank im Treppenhaus konnte man nicht aushalten. Außerdem hatte angst, sich in der Wohnung aufzuhalten. Die Wohnung würde ich nächstes Mal auch gratis nicht buchen.

Malheureusement pas du tout satisfait, propreté, l'appartement est vieux sans compter les ustensiles de cuisine !!!! La qualité de l'appartement pour ce montant location ne vaut pas la peine, attention tout-fois les parkings sont payants sauf certains mais dans des zones sableuse.payant

Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Betreuung vor Ort super!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben für 4 Personen ausgerüstet. Der Rundumbalkon ist etwas schmal aber zum außen sitzen und lesen gut geeignet. Es gibt auch noch eine Dachterasse mit Waschküche und Wäscheleine. Dank Durchzug kann man es auch gut bei heißeren Temperaturen in der Wohnung aushalten. Ab 12 Uhr liegt der Balkon auch dann im Schatten, was sehr angenehm ist. Nur die letzte Nacht war Horror, weil die Nachbarshunde die ganze Nacht durchgebellt haben und wir alle kaum schlafen konnten.
