Fantastic property, very spacious and comfortable.
We had a great stay at Broompark. Linda was very attentive and did everything she could to ensure we had a great holiday.
The house was very spacious and comfortable. We hope to return!
Linda was very welcoming from the Moment we met her.Waking every Morning to see the Horses in the field was very nice.Beautiful country side but also close to the City.We would definitely stay there again.Thank you Linda.
We had a most lovely stay at this roomy well appointed home I. Edinburg. The location away from the busy city center but close to bus routes giving us quick access as we wished was perfect. We loved the beautiful garden, nature trails and horses nearby. Our host was very responsive although we didn’t need anything as the home was we prepared and included everything needed for a wonderful stay. We hope to visit again!
Home was nice and comfortable. A car is a must as the bus is a 5 minute drive. Yet, there is free parking on the streets. There were 7 of us who stayed here andd it worked out.
Oh... I missed Liberton miss everything there... Our stay there was fabulous.. For sure will coming again and again.. If Its hav 100* I will rating 1000 time..Thanks Ms. Linda and thanks Mr. David for warm welcoming Thanks a lot
The property owner that hosted us was excellent. We had two infants and she took time to find us a high chair and crib for one of our kids to sleep in. She was incredibly thoughtful and helpful.
The property had a great country vibe but was still close enough to city centre. We loved the location and area. Highly recommend.
Had a great experience at Linda’s property
Lots of space
Great views of Edinburgh and the sea from the garden
There was 7 of us staying and we had a Great time.
I can recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Edinburgh. It's not too far from city center and the host is really friendly.
We all enjoyed our time there.
From the initial booking with Martin through to welcome on arrival with Linda it was wonderful. Super property with all of the amenities we needed to spend a lovely time with family. Spacious lounge and dining area with 3 well-proportioned bedrooms with facilities made for a home away from home feel. This house may be in Edinburgh but it is situated in the countryside with fantastic views of the city, a super place to watch the annual Hogmanay fireworks for sure. Greenfields and stabled horses are all around and access to transport is just down the single paved road.
I very much recommend this property to people who appreciate quality and friendship.
Just a little out of the way. Definitely need a car. Clean, comfortable. Terrific view. Great outdoor patio and garden. Spacious with abundant amenities.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Glad to know you enjoyed the property and the terrific countryside view. Yes, this property is not in the city centre and we recommend guests who stay here have a car (since it's a 15 min walk to the nearest bus stop, or 5 mins by car). The property is in a rural area with great walks onto the nearby hill for panoramic views of the city of Edinburgh and surrounding area, yet it is quite close to the city for urban sightseeing.

Beautiful great location
This was a great place in beautiful location. Easy bus ride into Edinburgh's royal Mile. We rented a car and drove to Inverness and St. Andrews they were easy day trips and amazing drives. The area the house is breathtaking I was able to take a different route each morning on my run. The golf course is open and beautiful. The house is well equipped with everything you need including maps and suggestions for tours and local attractions. Booking was easy Martin was very helpful and responded promptly. Linda was great as well greeted us and provided lots of ideas. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend it for families as there is lots of space and two parks very close.

Wonderful, roomy, well equipped, lovely location
An ideal property for 4 adults and 3 children, with lots of space for running (or sitting) around. The kitchen is well equipped, if a bit small, but all other rooms are excellent. The children loved the horses in the fields and the walk to the nearest (No 11) bus stop on Frogston Road. We coped admirably without a car, only using taxis when we had luggage or it was late and booking an online supermarket delivery for groceries. Once the children had gone home, we walked into the city centre and back, via the Braid Hills, with fantastic views of Arthur's Seat and the Firth of Forth, then across the Meadows and up to the Royal Mile. The weather was cold but sunny and we really enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Yes, this accommodation is best suited for guests who have a car. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the bus stop (or a 3-5 minute drive by car, with free on-street parking), and you can then take a bus to the city centre. There is also more expensive car-parking in the city centre. For exploring the countryside, the seaside town of North Berwick, golf courses and other out-of-town sights, a car is of course very useful. Regards, Martin
