About this property

Bright 52m2 air-conditioned apartment with Wifi and single-storey closed garage

52 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor, with elevator, in a small 3-storey building, large closed garage on one level. The bedroom, the large living-dining room and the separate kitchen open onto a large balcony (16m) located due west with a view of the canal. These independent rooms have large bay windows and are bathed in light all afternoon and evening. Air conditioning in all rooms. Very good equipment: dishwasher and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen: 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Living-dining room with sofa bed and flat screen TV. Balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers.
Our goal is to satisfy our guests as much as possible, each year we add something to our rental to make it always more pleasant and easy to live with.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, accès plage à moins de 15 min a pieds, accès Casino à 5 min en voiture. De même pour l'accès a la base nature ! Le garage fermé au sein de la résidence sécurisée (très calme) est un réel atout. Propriétaires très attentionnés tout au long du séjour, remise des clés et état des lieux très facile à organiser avec une personne de confiance très arrangeante et disponible pour les horaires souhaités ! Nous recommandons très fortement ce logement !

Bon séjour, appartement très agréable, bien situé , bon accueil des propriétaires soucieux de notre bien-être et de la personne chargée de la remise des clefs. Avec la canicule la climatisation était la bienvenue même avec un usage modéré, les lieux restaient frais. Bonne literie, rangements suffisants pour les vêtements.Le garage un plus appréciable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement : bien équipé (rien ne manquait), spacieux, climatisation très appréciée en rentrant de la plage vues les fortes chaleurs , copropriété calme qui permet vraiment de se reposer. Et accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.
