A 20-minute walk from the lively center of the resort, in a condominium with swimming pool with wading pool, games for children and a tennis court. The 1st floor of a small residence of 3 floors with elevator surrounded by small flowery paths oleanders and bougainvillea.
The apartment consists of: hall, living / dining room with double sofa bed, sea view terrace, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with bath / shower and washing machine, 1 double bedroom with sea view balcony , 1 bedroom with 2 beds.
Supermarket, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Super appartement

Super appartement pour quelques jours, très bien équipé, proche des supermarchés et à 15min de marché d'une jolie plage. Nous avons eu un peu chaud sans la clim car nous étions en période de canicule et les matelas en ressorts sont un peu durs. Je recommande !

Nos avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien équipé et proche de l'océan à pied. Notre hôte a été très réactif et disponible lorsque nous avions une question. Plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité et il y a également un supermarché.àproximitéetsupermarché

Tres bon logement

Ce logement est idealement placé avec acces proche de la plage. Il est tres bien équipée, vu sur l'ocean, residence calme avec piscine tres agreable. Restaurant et grande surface à moins de 150m tres pratique. Excellentes vacances

algarve pas si idyllique

L'endroit en lui même (Porches) est charmant, mais plutôt loin des plages. La résidence est très bruyante la nuit et la piscine est très froide ! Par ailleurs la ville d'Armacao qui est jointe ne ressemble pas du tout aux brochures idylliques : du béton et des buildings à outrance façon Benidorn.

Apparemment agréable avec très belle vue

Hôtes très sympas nous avons eu plusieurs échanges avant et après avoir réservé. Apparemment bien situé dans petite résidence avec piscine. Apparemment fonctionnel, terrasse un peu au soleil le matin et à l’ombre le soir quand nous rentrions de ballade/plage, un Intermarché et des restaurants à 5 min à pied et la plage a 10min en passant par le bas de la résidence. Nous avons passé 15jours de l’appartement et avons profité du calme et de la vue Nous gardons l’adresse pour les prochaines vacances

Boa localização, limpeza muito má

No dia que chegamos fomos recebidos pela Sandra ( senhora que está encarregue de abrir a porta). Sempre foi muito prestável, mesmo antes para esclarecer algumas dúvidas. O apartamento em si, estava com 0 limpeza… chão com areias e cabelos, cadeiras da sala com migalhas, sofás com areia… A limpeza deixou muito a desejar e aquém para o valor que se paga… O condomínio em si é muito agradável, o apartamento tem uma varanda com uma mesa que conseguem fazer refeições com uma vista agradável com o mar ao ao fundo. Tivemos problemas com muito barulho durante a noite no apartamento de cima, e tanto a Sandra como o proprietário do apartamento entraram em contacto para tentar resolver a situação. O condomínio tem o um supermercado ao lado, e alguns restaurantes relativamente perto também. As praias são também muito próximas, onde podemos ir a pé. O condomínio tem também uma piscina bastante agradável com um barzinho onde se pode fazer refeições ou tomar simplesmente um café ou uma bebida.

Fantastic experience

The apartment is large, nice and cosy, very well equipped to feel at home, beautifully located in a nice, green and calm area at 6 min walking distance to the beach. The closest beaches are among the best in the Algarve.

très bon séjour

L'appartement est conforme à la description. La vue sur mer du balcon est très belle. La résidence est calme (COVID?) et très bien entretenue. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. La situation de l'appartement est idéale et nous a permis de sillonner toute la région. L'équipement est parfois un peu vieillissant mais reste fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très satisfaisants.

Schöne erholsame ruhige Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sowie Restaurants. Einziger Abzug, wegen des nicht funktionieren Fernsehers und der defekten Waschmaschine. Die Vormieter haben angeblich die Defekte nicht gemeldet....Der Eigentümer war sehr sympathisch und hat die defekten Geräte zeitnah repariert, dafür Daumen hoch. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos.

A casa é agradável e tem uma linda vista, um pouco longe, para o mar. Fica perto de algumas praias e

com praias excelentes e alguns bons restaurantes por perto. Mas tem q ter carro para se deslocar. O supermercado pode ser alcançado à pé. A limpeza não estava muito boa. Tive q tirar muita poeira de alguns móveis, pq sou alérgica. Também encontramos louças quebradas- dois potes amarelos para comer frutas- e ralo do box e da pia entupidos. Falamos com a responsável e os entupimento foram resolvidos. Tive q retornar dois dias antes. Aguardo agora a devolução da caução de 100 euros por eventuais danos e a devolução de 2 diárias, já que antecipe meu regresso por motivos de saúde.

Local bonito, calmo e próximo de tudo

Boa tarde. Estive em férias neste apartamento entre 16 e 23 de agosto de 2017. Eramos 4 adultos (um com dificuldades de locomoção) e uma criança com 13 anos. O apartamento corresponde totalmente à descrição feita pela proprietário. A sala, mesmo nos dias mais quentes, é sempre fresca o suficiente para se poder conviver em conforto. Os jandins envolventes, bem cuidados e bonitos .... e com vista para o mar (embora a alguma distância). A varanda da sala suficientemente grande para 6 pessoas almoçarem à sombra. As praias mais próximas não são boas para pessoas com problemas de locomoção, mas a 5 minutos de carro estamos em Armação de Pêra onde o acesso à praia é fácil. Boa piscina com área envolvente agradável. Os representantes do proprietário no local, mostraram-se sempre disponíveis para resolver qualquer questão que surgisse. Sem dúvida um local a visitar no futuro.

Sehr schöne und praktische Wohnung für Familie

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Wohnung (zu viert mit zwei Grundschulkindern) und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Alles war vorhanden, eine Terrasse zum Frühstücken in der Sonne und Abends im Schatten, Blick auf das Meer und vieles Meer. Der Supermarkt Intermarché ist 100m entfernt, was unheimlich praktisch war. Mind. 2 Strände sind in Laufnähe, unzählige schöne weitere mit kurzer Autofahrt. Auch sonst ist es sehr gut angeschlossen, daß Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Algarve nur kurze Fahrtzeiten sind.
