The Château de Panisseau offers you its charming gîte in the middle of 106 hectares, surrounded by vines, forests and wide open spaces, this haven of peace is less than 30 minutes from Bergerac. An ideal place to welcome your family or friends. The gîte is fully furnished and decorated with great care.
The gîte has four en-suite bedrooms, two of which have double beds and two have twin beds (4 bathrooms).
The gite is pleasant and well appointed with two terraces.

An indoor swimming pool to share and heated in season as well as a fitness room are at your disposal in the heart of the wine estate.

It is possible to rent by the week or for short stays.

The Périgord is one of the most beautiful regions of France with its splendid and hilly landscapes, its typical architecture, its 1001 castles, and its medieval villages rich in history. Children can go canoeing on the Dordogne, but also visit prehistoric caves such as Lascaux or the Proumeyssac chasm or go to the Bergerac Aquarium (Creysse), go horse riding, cycling etc.. For the more adventurous, go-karting, ballooning over the Dordogne Valley, and for the more adventurous, the magnificent golf course at Les Vigiers, just 10 minutes from our Château, and of course, gastronomy and wine tasting in Bergerac, including our own vineyard, Château de Panisseau.

Super gite

Gite parfait pour reunion familiale ou w end entre amis. Les proprietaires sont acceuillants et nous ont permis de decouvrir leur propriete viticole (visite guidee et degustation). Le gite est bien equipé et assez grand. Un tres bon moment passe en famille.

Des vacances de rêve !

Nous avons loué en famille durant 2 semaines la maison attenante au Château l’été passé. Nous cherchions une maison pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et disposant d’une piscine et d’un jardin. Plutôt courant, oui mais voilà, pour un prix équivalent (je vous prie croire mon analyse comparative pré-réservation !), nous avons obtenu un service bien supérieur à une location classique. Jugez plutôt : - En guise de jardin, nous avions à disposition le parc devant et derrière le château, ainsi que tout le corps de ferme annexé. Idéal pour se ressourcer au calme et laisser gambader les enfants en toute sécurité. Ais-je mentionné les paons ? - Une piscine oui, mais couverte, éclairée, sécurisée et entretenue chaque jour par un robot. Cerise sur le gâteau, ladite piscine fait partie d’un bâtiment comprenant toilettes, douche, salle de sport et même hammam ! - La maison dispose de grandes pièces meublées avec goût, 3 chambres ont leur propre salle de bain, confort et modernité sont au rendez-vous (écran plat, internet en wi-fi). A l’extérieur : une buanderie, un barbecue, une tente et un salon de jardin, une terrasse avec balancelle pour la sieste. - Le cadre ? Les vignobles du sud de Bergerac, le parc et les corps de ferme déjà évoqués, et le château. Car il ne s’agit pas d’une simple dénomination liée au vin, mais d’un véritable château anglais du XIIe siècle. - En cas de pépin, on est tous seuls dans un gîte. Pas ici. Les personnes en charge sont disponibles et veillent en toute discrétion. Mais ce que nous retiendrons, c’est surtout leur formidable accueil et leur grande générosité. Inutile de vous détailler la qualité de notre séjour, retenez simplement que pour vos prochaines vacances vous pouvez vous offrir la vie de château ! Veillez à réserver en avance.

Au calme

Une semaine au milieu des vignobles dans un cadre enchanteur, le meilleur moyen pour être au calme et se dépayser. Les chambres sont bien décorées et il y a deux belles douches italiennes finies en béton lissé. Lits très confortables. Belle piscine extérieure bien relaxante également... Voiture requise pour visiter la région. A 20 minutes vous trouvez le beau marché d'Issigeac ou vous pouvez ramener de magnifiques produits locaux a accompagner avec le vin baccarat du domaine panisseau mmmmhhhh. Ou encore la petite ville de Bergerac. Et touche finale, les propriétaires sont super sympas!! Adresse conseillée sans hésitation...

Séjour de rêve

Endroit magique, gîte très spacieux et confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les salles de bain en beton lissé sont magnifiques. Literies très confortables. Propreté impeccable. Cuisine très bien équipée et vin du domaine délicieux pour accompagner nos repas. Petit marché à Issigeac le dimanche pour acheter des produits locaux de très bonne qualité. Piscine de rêve avec hammam, transat, éclairage nocturne au milieu de la propriété. Impression de calme dans ce domaine au milieu des vignes. Voiture indispensable. Conseils pour des visites alentours : Bergerac, Saint-Emilion, Eymet et un peu plus loin Sarlat, Bordeaux, la Dune du Pyla et de nombreux autres petits villages. Randonnées pédestres et cyclistes balisées. Nous avons fait celle incluant la visite du Château de monbazillac, très jolis paysages. Pour les restos: pizzerria d'Eymet, le vin quatre à Bergerac et la table du marché à Bergerac. Très contente de notre séjour, nous pensons y retourner très prochainement !

Location décorée avec goût et spacieuse. Très confortable. La description correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits. Les propriétaires sont agréables et discrets. Très beaux espaces extérieurs.
