Great apartment and location

Spacious rooms and bathrooms The only downfall was the lack of a decent veranda, blocked in and couldn’t see out unless standing up.

great place

everything you need for s/c even an iron, the place is clean and close to everything. the combi boiler works perfect in one shower but trips out now and again in the other one, put the price of english tv, and internet in with your price as your prices are right but you would collect the price off every time the apartment is occupided.

Not bad. expensive

No heating, although we did get heaters when we asked for them. Electric kept tripping if you had more than one thing on. No free wifi. Was expensive as an extra, Free wifi, English channels on television, which I know you can pay for, but at a premium rate. FREE wifi is exceptable these days.

Dear client: Thanks for your comments and evaluation. The apartment has electric heaters, we have alredy sorted our the electricuty problem. Wifi is provided by an external company, and we prefer not to add its cost to the rental price, because some clients doesn´t wabnt that service, the same happens with foreign tv channels. We prefer to have lower prices and then you can suit your holidays with the services you need to have and you don´t have to pay for a service that it doesn´t suits you. Thanks

En un piso bastante cómodo, era para 6 personas, nosotros eramos 5, había 4 cucharas, 1 cuchillo que cortara, 3 cucharas y 3 tenedores pequeños, 2 tazas desayuno, sin 1 rollo de papel higiénico, para cuando entrarás, son pequeñas cosas pero importantes, una familia come toda a la vez, sin cubiertos para todos, imposible, por lo demás, bien

Excesivamente alto el precio

El apartamento está bien aunque está en la zona de guiris , no se les oye mucho porque los bares que están cerca , están cerrados. Está cerca de la playa y no muy lejos del centro. El precio del alquiler ha sido bastante alto calidad- precio. Además si queríamos aire acondicionado teníamos que pagar 10€ al día, el precio me parece excesivo.

Gracias por sus opiniones. El aire acondiconado viene indicado como opcional en nuestra web (por desgracia hay quien abusa del mismo y ha venido recibos mensuales de 250 euros y el propietario ha decidido tomar esta medida)

La localización, la limpieza, el poder tener espacio para trabajar, las habitaciones y por supuesto, el aire acondicionado. La mesa del comedor se quedaba pequeña a la hora de la comida, si pudiera ser un poco más grande estaría genial.
