About this property

Visit Sicilian treasures sleeping in our apartment near to the sea

Come visit us in Sferracavallo, enjoying our apartment with 2 terraces.

Inside, you will have a main double bedroom with smart TV and air conditioner, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer and two terraces. There you can have your Sicilian relax.
Of these, one protrudes on the street, and the other on our private garden.

WiFi is totally free.

The living room is equipped with a sofa that can accommodate 2 more people extra.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would have at your home.

Everything is close to the apartment (5 minutes walking): the sea of cliffs or sand, promenade, Capo Gallo's marine reserve, bakeries, bars, ice creamery, restaurants, bus. Mondello is 10 minutes with the car!

The entrance to the various parts of our house is common, but the apartment is located on the second floor of the structure (47 steps) and is completely private.

Sferracavallo is a base to visit western Sicily at its best because from here you can easily reach other places of cultural and landscape interest such as Palermo and its surroundings (Monreale, Cefalù, Balestrate) and Trapani and its surroundings (San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Marsala).

Terrazza molto apprezzata

Siamo stati accolti da Ilaria che si è spesa per darci tutte le indicazioni che desideravamo avere su sferracavallo e Palermo. La casa è come viene descritta nel sito, aggiungo che le ampie terrazze, rendono l’appartamento piacevolissimo. Noi eravamo in quattro. Nella casa troverete tutti i beni di prima necessità in cucina ed in bagno, la casa è pronta per accogliervi, compresi i letti, pronti al vostro arrivo.
