Villa Fillinelle is a medieval house elegantly transformed into a small and delicious prestigious Relais in the heart of Chianti. Surrounded by a 7000 m2 park and with a 15 m2 swimming pool, the Villa has 2 Suites on two levels, both with large private bathroom equipped with all comforts, lounge with satellite TV and large wardrobes and a bedroom for two people . The Naldini Suite, on the first floor, represents the historical heart of our hospitality: with terracotta flooring, restored antique furniture, and coffered ceiling, the room is equipped with fine floral-themed wallpaper. On the second floor the Sernigi Suite welcomes its guests with the size and light of its spaces: arranged on two floors, the suite has a large lounge with armchairs and 1 sofa / bed for 2, library area and TV area. On the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, you will find the master bedroom with a wrought iron bed, finely furnished with a wardrobe, a writing desk and a walk-in wardrobe. The Suite can accommodate up to 5 people. A smarter room, with a fresh but luxurious appeal, is the Camera del Riccio. Perfect for two, it is a hymn to relaxation, thanks to the blue of its walls, the Provencal details and the splendid view of the Chianti hills. The rooms are accessed through the Great Party Room, now used as a conversation lounge and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen, with a pleasant rustic flavor, but equipped with all modern appliances, also overlooks the Salone. The villa is surrounded by a 7000sqm park dotted with olive trees, ancient trees, evergreens and fragrant plants. It is interrupted by the large swimming pool: a blue bracket with deckchair service, sun beds and umbrellas. For those who love independence, the Rondinelli Loft proves to be the best choice: with independent access, the Loft has a double bedroom, a room for 2, an equipped kitchen and a lounge with fireplace and dining table. With vaulted ceiling and small veranda, from its large windows you can see the swimming pool. The Loft overlooks the swimming pool, a villa in the Villa, with kitchen, living room and private bathroom. At guests' disposal: laundry service, private parking and transfer service. Upon request we organize art, cooking and gardening courses. Here children are welcome, pets allowed. Smokers are kindly asked to smoke only in the outdoor areas.
Villa Fillinelle offers a B&B solution with sweet and savory breakfasts prepared with care and love directly on site. On request we prepare breakfasts and packed lunches for celiacs, vegans and for specific diets. If you love rustic and informal cuisine, we will be happy to let you taste the typical dishes of Italian cuisine prepared directly by us.
The Villa is also available for public and private events, weddings, tasting tours and business holidays. Furthermore, upon request, it can be rented in full for periods longer than 7 days.
