You will enjoy a wonderful sea view from the terrace, enjoy the peace in the garden in the shade of some beautiful wild olive and cook outdoors on the barbecue.

Ein Appartement das mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, gepflegt und vermietet wird

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Laura und Andrea verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Von ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Küchenutensilien bis zum Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Toaster Kaffeemaschine sogar Sandelsach, Sonnenschirme und Stühle für den Strand sind da. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und somit super um gemütlich im schönen Garten auf den Liegen zu verweilen, während das Feuer im Grill angemacht wird und die Kinder spielen. Für den Grill war Holz, Anzünder und Grillbesteck vorhanden. Der Strand ist über die Treppen und einem kleinen Fußweg gut zu erreichen. Es gibt 2 Bars, Bootsverleih und Liegen sowie aber auch genügend Platz am freien Strand. In der Anlage gibt es einen Bäcker, mit einer Auswahl an den wichtigsten Dingen für den täglichen Bedarf, verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen, Eis zu essen.... Im Ort gibt es Supermärkte und verschiedene Läden. Laura und Andrea haben sich super um uns gekümmert, Sie waren immer für uns da und haben uns toll

As a Family with 2 Kids we really enjoyed our stay in the nice and lovely done setup of this Flat. We did not missed anything during our stay, and Laura and Andrea where always available if we have had needed or missed something! We can just say many Thanks to Laura and Andrea for the warm welcome, the great support during the booking and pre-stay phase as also the really relaxing time during our stay on the beautiful Island Sardinia! Sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Wir verbrachten im August/September 2018 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Der Empfang von Laura war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber mit einem schönen Blick auf den Strand Porto Corallo. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Strandschirm, kleine Liegen usw. Laura und Andrea sind sehr engagiert und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Autominuten von Villaputzu entfernt, wo auch Supermärkte vorhanden sind. In Villagio Porto Corallo selbst ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, wo man das Nötigste - wie Backwaren, Wasser,... - bekommt. Der Strand ist über einige Treppen im oberen Bereich gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

Un paradiso del relax

>Sono stata ospite in questa casa. Che dire: la descrizione di Laura e Andrea sono perfette, ancora più bella e grande dal vivo: Dalla pulizia della casa (profumato di pulito per 4 giorni), fornita di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza relax (basta veramente portare solo i vestiti,( pochi perché tanto c'è la lavatrice, non fate come me ;-))) ), alla posizione perfetta della spiaggia (al mattino mi svegliavo col rumore delle onde e degli uccellini). Punto strategico per andare a visitare le spiagge di Costa Rei, Villasimius e tanto altro ma allo stesso tempo distante dal caos turistico. Laura e Andrea mi hanno fatta sentire della famiglia, sempre pronti a rispondere alle mille domande e disponibili per ogni cosa. Tornero' sicuramente e la consiglio al 100%, vacanza relax all'insegna del mare. Grazie di Cuore per avermi fatta sentire a casa Laura e Andrea: Ilaria e family

Impossibile non tornare da Laura e Andrea!!!

Che dire...semplicemente fantastico... Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno a porto corallo a casa di Laura e Andrea e siamo stati benissimo. Un'accoglienza calorosa, puntuale e al di là delle nostre aspettative. Si nota subito che la casa è gestita dai proprietari e Laura l'ha curata nei minimi dettagli...non come una semplice casa per vacanze ma come una casa dove trascorrere delle ottime vacanze..in un ambiente pulito, confortevole, con tantissimi servizi... L'annuncio descrive tutto nei minimi dettagli: ciò che è indicato è ciò che si trova sul posto. Noi siamo in 4, i bambini, di cui uno alto 1,71 m, hanno dormito sul divano letto nel soggiorno e posso garantire che accedere alla terrazza è possibile anche col letto aperto... ma è così facilmente richiudibile che non è un problema chiuderlo ed avere l'intero soggiorno a diposizione durante il giorno e trasformarlo in camera da letto di sera. Anche se siamo in inverno il ristorante del residence è aperto quindi ci siamo tolti il pensiero di dover cucinare. L'appartamento offre però stoviglie, piatti ed elettrodomestici per tutti i gusti...pulitissimi e curati in modo quasi maniacale... Clima e temperatura gradevoli, ci siamo fatti delle bellissime passeggiate in totale relax e anche se i servizi del residence ora non sono "aperti" non è stato un problema...anzi...comunque il paese è raggiungibile sia a piedi (per chi è abituato a camminare come noi) sia in auto. Laura è una perfetta padrona di casa, ed è comunque sempre disponibile per informazioni o per aiutare. Perciò sarà impossibile non tornare... Se amate tranquillità, relax e una casa vacanza SUPER vi consiglio di soggiornare da Laura e Andrea a Porto Corallo. Ragazzi vi ringraziamo tantissimo dei bei giorni (purtroppo pochi!) che ci avete fate trascorrere...

Wonderful holiday - Unexpected beautiful house... peace, nature and very gentle owners.

We booked this holiday to relax in a nice place near the sea without any big pretensions. We found a small but cared in every detail villa, extremely clean, run by a couple of owners who pampered us in every respect. Terrace with lovely views, sea underneath the house, garden with external shower and barbecue, services within walking distance although some service was closed in low season. I advise anyone to spend a vacation in this paradise but above all at Laura and Andrea's home ... we thanks them for the warm hospitality. Ferny and family.

Prettige woning met moderne inrichting en een prachtig uitzicht op de baai

De woning is een appartement met een gedeelde tuin. in tegenstelling tot de advertentie is er 1 slaapkamer in plaats van 2 slaapkamers. in de woon-/keuken studio staat een slaapbank. Uitgeklapt verhinderd de slaapbank de toegang op het balkon. Het is eigenlijk een appartement voor 2 personen, eventueel met 2 kleine kinderen. De woning is recent ingericht en ziet er erg netjes uit. Alles is aanwezig en goed verzorgt en schoon. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig. De woning licht in een soort vakantie park, de aanwezige voorzieningen (zoals het zwembad) horen niet bij de woning en zijn tegen betaling te gebruiken, dat staat niet in de advertentie. Het strand en directe omgeving zijn prachtig. De WIFI heeft een data limiet, dat staat niet in de advertentie. Ons verblijf was prima, we hebben genoten.

Merci à Laura pour son accueil chaleureux et la bonne bouteille de vin rouge. La maison est très jolie et bien située par rapport à la plage. La chambre dispose d'un lit très confortable de 160 de large. L'endroit est magnifique et nous avons apprécié la vue depuis la terrasse ainsi que la jolie pinède qui mène à la plage. A savoir que la piscine ne fait pas partie du complexe et qu'il faut compter 32 euros par semaine et par personne mais cela vaut la peine car elle est belle (petit bémol : la musique un peu trop forte).
