Casa Gianpa, in the Ferla district, Mazzaturi, is a rural house inside the Madonie regional park, for rent in the summer. The house, surrounded by an olive grove and a pine forest, allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of a farmhouse in the quiet of a private home.
Casa Gianpa, is located 5 km from the junction of the Ferla municipal road - close to the splendid promontory of the Calura area on the sea - and can be reached after traveling a small stretch of dirt road, following the indications on the spot.
The cottage has, on the ground floor, a kitchen with dining table, a living room with fireplace, a bedroom with sofa bed. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds / double bed. The house has two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub). The rooms on the ground floor overlook French windows onto a courtyard with a pergola and a covered space that includes a terracotta sink, a barbecue, a fireplace and a wood-burning oven. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an espresso coffee machine, dishes, cutlery.
The house does not currently have an air conditioning system since the good thermal insulation of the building allows a comfortable temperature inside. Casa Gianpa is equipped with hot and cold water for sanitary use, electricity, mosquito nets, telephone, ADSL and Wi - Fi, satellite TV, hair dryer, laundry sink, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, fan. The house has a private parking that can be used as an outdoor sitting area, garden equipment (tables, chairs, deck chairs, umbrella, hammock) and a small laundry room also used for storing luggage and equipment.
We rent per week. Price according to the period.

    Ho soggiornato una settimana a casa Gianpa. il mio giudizio Ăš altamente positivo. La casa si trova a circa 7 km. da CefalĂč e per raggiungerla si percorre oserei dire quasi una strada di montagna,circondata da boschi, pinete e macchia mediterranea. L'arrivo alla casa perĂČ merita questo piccolo disagio, perchĂš inserita in un bellissimo uliveto con deliziosi alberi da frutto (fichi, pere, pesche, more e tutte le erbe aromatiche).La Sicilia merita tutti i miei giudizi positivi

    Vacanza di mare in montagna

    L'abitazione Ăš veramente confortevole, pulita, fornita di tutto quello che serve per non rimpiangere casa propria. Ottima la cura dell'ambiente per ospitare persone che vogliono godere di un periodo di relax! L'ambiente Ăš montano ma puoi trascorrere intere giornate a mare nelle numerose spiagge di CefalĂč. La disponibilitĂ  dei proprietari Ăš squisita e premurosa. Unica nota da attenzionare un tratto della strada di accesso non asfaltata che puĂČ incidere sull'impatto iniziale che viene superato nei giorni successivi all'arrivo. Assolutamente da consigliare a famiglie o gruppi di amici

    Zauberhaftes Haus mit sehr großem GrundstĂŒck inmitten großartiger mediterranen Natur

    Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht und erwarten kann, ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig, etwa 15 Minuten von CefalĂč aus entfernt. Die Bilder geben nur einen teilweisen Einblick ĂŒber die Lage, GrĂ¶ĂŸe und die tatsĂ€chliche Schönheit der Umgebung in OlivenbĂ€umen, FeigenbĂ€umen, GewĂŒrzen wie Rosmarin usw. wider. Die Wirklichkeit ist noch schöner. Es ist vielleicht nicht ganz einfach, das Haus mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber trotz eines großen Ford Galaxys stellt es eigentlich kein Problem dar. Abschließend noch besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Lucia und Giuseppe. Angefangen mit dem bereitgestellten FrĂŒhstĂŒck am ersten Tag bis zur Verabschiedung am letzten Tag haben sich die beiden immer um uns rĂŒhrend gekĂŒmmert. Auch via WhatsApp. Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass es eines unserer besten Ferienwohungen war, die wir jemals ĂŒber Fewo-Direkt (HomeAway) gebucht haben. Und ĂŒber die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, die man von hier aus erreichen kann, muss man nicht noch extra viel schreiben. Grazie mille per l'ospitalitĂ  e cari saluti di cuore

    Une maison d’étĂ© pleine de charme

    Giuseppe et Lucia sont des hĂŽtes adorables et plein d’attentions - merci Ă  eux ! La maison est un havre de paix qui se mĂ©rite aprĂšs une petite route (parfois chemin) Ă©troite et pentue - mais on prend vite le pli. Il ne manque rien et la terrasse avec cuisine d’étĂ© ainsi que le jardin luxuriant et trĂšs bien entretenu contribuent Ă  en faire un petit paradis. Je conseillerais un sĂ©jour d’au moins 1 semaine pour en profiter au retour des baignades et balades dans les Madonies.

    Sehr schönes, umfangreich, liebevoll ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Haus inmitten eines herrlichen Gartens mit Oliven-, Zitronen-, Apfelsinen- + MispelbĂ€umen, exotischen Blumen, Strelizien, Palmen. WeitrĂ€umige lĂ€ndliche Umgebung mit vielen Pinien, Ă€hnlichen Freizeit- und FerienhĂ€user und Agrarnutzung. Die Hausanfahrt war etwas anspruchsvoller als erwartet. Giuseppe + Lucia sind außerordentlich liebe, freundliche, hilfsbereite und großzĂŒgige Vermieter.

    sehr gute und saubere Unterkunft in der NĂ€he von Cefalu; sehr gepflegtes und gemĂŒtliches Haus inmitten der Natur. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, höflich. Man muss sich aber an den etwas beschwerlicheren Weg zum Haus erst ein wenig gewöhnen. Aber - absolute Empfehlung A very nice and tidy house among the nature, in the near from Cefalu. In the house itÂŽs all, what you need for a good and relaxing holiday. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. But - the way to the house is a little special - for the 1. and 2. drive with a car. It was a very nice holiday for my family - Thank you Guiseppe

    Ruhig, liebenswert und doch Central.

    Ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wirklich tolle Menschen. Wir kamen sehr spĂ€t an ,was wirklich kein Problem war und fĂŒr den nĂ€chsten Tag hatten wir alles fĂŒr den ersten FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Mittagessen da. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr. Nach unseren AusflĂŒgen fanden wir es schön in das Haus zurĂŒck zu kehren.Das Wetter war auch fĂŒr Ende Oktober super und wir haben den Garten sehr genossen. Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert. Alles Gute an euch beide und vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit .

    Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schöner Terrasse und großem Garten zum entspannen. Giuseppe und Lucia standen mit ihren Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Kultur hilfreich zur Seite. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen durch die Madonie. Die Anfahrt zum Haus macht Spaß.

    Un merveilleux séjour

    Certe l’accĂšs est difficile mais un lieu pareil cela se mĂ©rite! Giuseppe et Lucia son adorables, et prĂȘts Ă  tout pour rendre votre sĂ©jour inoubliable. Nous n oublierons pas nous petits dĂ©jeuners face Ă  cette nature extraordinaire. Notre seul regret, ne pas pouvoir dĂźner dehors car les moustiques sont trĂšs affamĂ©s cette annĂ©e. Mais aucune hĂ©sitation pour revenir , c est grand beau propre, tout est parfait. Peut-ĂȘtre un matelas un peu moins dur serait le bienvenu. Merci pour tout

    Wonderful stay in a very charming property 15mn away from Cefalu

    Very nice property, few miles away from Cefalu but so convinient for the 5 of us! Guiseppe and his wife have really made their best and our stay was perfect... from the directions provided to get there to the very kind attentions they both have had for us.... fruits, water and all other necessary stuff you need as basics for cooking.... they also provided us will all the things you need to go to the beach and when electricity went off after a entire night of thunderstorm they even invited us for dinner in a very nice pizzeria.... and let's not forget the very nice cookies we got or the medecine for Laure with laurel and lemon directly from the garden! In addition, location is the one you need if you want to visit Cefalu and the cost of course, but also Palerme which is only 45mn away. You can also visit very nice little villages aroud and Castelbuono is definitively a place you should go to... you will find lot's to do and even spend a day in San Stefano in case you like ceramics! Thanks a lot again to all the family for your warm welcome! and let's hope that life will give us the chance to meet again, either in Sicily or in France!     Sehr ruhiges wunderschönes Haus in mitten der Natur

    Wer erst mal den etwas abenteuerlichen Aufstieg zurĂŒck gelegt hat, wird mit einem perfekt ausgestatteten und liebevoll renovierten Haus belohnt. Giuseppe und Seine Frau haben dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass es einem an nichts mangelt. Wasser, Waschmittel , Obst, Kaffee e.c. fĂŒr alles ist gesorgt. Sie sind immer erreichbar und sympathisch. Wer also Ruhe und etwas abgelegen Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

    The house itself is very nice, no neighbors close by, wonderful garden with fruit one may eat! The hosts are hospitable, kind and super friendly. Also very clean and well equipped, the hosts even had some food and wine left for us in the house. 200% recommended!

    Wundervoller Garten mit schönem Haus

    Wir durften zwei entspannte Wochen in Guiseppe und Lucias Haus im Hinterland von CefalĂč verbringen. CefalĂč und die BadestrĂ€nde sind schnell zu erreichen. Es besteht eine gute Autobahnanbindung, vom Hafen in CefalĂč aus sind Tagestouren zu den Äolische Inseln möglich. FĂŒr die Anfahrt zum Haus ist ein gelĂ€ndegĂ€ngiges Auto nötig. Das Haus und seine Ausstattung entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibung auf dieser Seite, der Garten ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Herzlichen Dank an Lucia und Giuseppe, die uns warmherzig empfangen haben und uns mit Tipps und sizilianischen Leckereien verwöhnt haben. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

    ein wunderschönes Haus im Naturpark Madonie

    Wir haben im Haus von Giuseppe und Lucia Di France drei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Wir wurden mit unglaublicher Gastfreundschaft und sizilianischen SpezialitĂ€ten empfangen und sehr nett und prompt betreut, wenn es ein Problem gab, wie z.B. Austausch der Gasflasche. Ein Auto ist Voraussetzung, da das authentische Landhaus abseits des Ortes liegt. Der Strand von Cefalu ist gut zu erreichen und Touren zu den Highlights von Sizilien sind ĂŒber die Anbindung an die Autbahnen als Tagestouren machbar. Wir haben uns immer gefreut, ins Haus zurĂŒckzukommen! Danke, Giuseppe und Lucia!
