Parsley Cottage is a terraced stone barn conversion close to the River Lune, three miles from Lancaster. The cottage is set mostly over the ground floor and sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a ground floor king-size double and a first floor twin (zip/link) with a basin and an en-suite bath and WC. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a shared external utility. Outside there is a lawned garden and a shared paddock and ample off road parking. Parsley Cottage is surrounded by countryside and offers a lovely retreat. Please note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome, 30 GBP charge for the first dog and 20 GBP for the second, for any additional pets please contact the reservations team to discuss.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, shared washing machine in external utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden plus shared paddock.
