Great 2/1 house. Completely renovated. Full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances: Microwave, Range/Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator. Central A/C & Heat. Master bedroom has queen size bed and a 32" flat screen tv. Second bedroom has a full size bed, which sleeps 2, and a 40" flat screen TV with Satllite and DVD player in Living Room. Secured WiFi available. Has stackable washer/dryer inside of house.

Shed outside of house has electricity. Great yard completely fenced in with wooden fence. Picnic Table. Outdoor seating inside with fire pit. Two enclosed porch areas in front and in back. Both screened porches have seating. Back porch also has fan. Pets are considered with approval. Smoking ONLY permitted outside of property.

Great location, 3 miles away from John Pennekamp State Park. Close to restaurants and attractions. Other Attractions: Dolphins Plus, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Kite Surfing, Jet Ski Rentals, and many more less than 3 miles away. Famous Tiki Bar in Isla Morada is about 18 miles away approximately 20 minute drive.

Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. The house is privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Noise should be kept at a minimum. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s) off-street parking. Street parking is permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the premises. There is a mandatory Cleaning Fee depending on the duration of your stay. 9. Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, your security deposit will be used for damages. If the repair exceeds your security deposit, the balance of the repair will be charged to your credit card up to the full amount of the repair. The parties agree to the terms of the Rental Rules.

Perfect Little Paradise

Perfect Little get away with all the essentials you need for a great stay in The Keys. Very clean and comfortable. Great location, quiet fenced yard surrounded by trees and birds. Enjoyed our morning coffee in the screened porch watching the sunrise. Always responsive to our questions almost immediately. Would love to return with our pups again soon.

We had a perfect stay at this property!

The owners of this property could not have been nicer or more accommodating! The house is set up well and is fully equipped with anything you might need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and floor plan is excellent for a couple or a family. The back yard and Florida rooms have plenty of seating and there is a neighbor only on one side. The location is convenient to everything in Key Largo. Maggie answered any questions quickly and professionally. We really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the owner.

Not what we expected

The vacation home could be very nice. It does need a good cleaning and some new furniture. The couches were very dirty and the futon was basically shredded. It is in a good location for Key Largo, there are many restaurants near and the state park is just down the road. With some cleaning and new furniture this rental would be absolutely adorable

very peaceful neighborhood great neighbors

Really a cozy cottage perfect getaway close to grocery stores and restaurants and state parks that offer excellent outdoor activites paddle boarding kayaking snorkel and scuba trips. Enough room in front of the house to park my 25' boat with room to park my truck. Excellent stay and Vivian was a courteous and helpful owner.

we had no issues with this property.It was safe and neighborhood is quiet(except for the birds chirping )The fenced yard was great to have so my dog could roam free and be safe.Good neighbors, and close to everything(walking distance to the Tom Thumb to buy our daily paper .I enjoyed my walks to ne nearby canal .Maggie was ready to assist with any issue that we may have had.Lovely Host.

Family Lobster mini season

We come to the Keys every summer for lobster mini season. This is the first time our family has had our own house and it was perfect for us. I really appreciated the washer and dryer. We were close to so many amazing restaurants. I hope this house is available next year!

Great honeymoon retreat!!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We arrived way too early but she gave us ideas to help pass the time before we could check in. When we arrived we were very happy with everything. The house was clean the neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very at home. Plenty of places to eat and a lot of neat road side shops. I would gladly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Super cute

Home has everything you need and perfect location. We spent most of our time on the back porch. Visited the everglades, bahia honda, pennekamp, sombrero beach, butterfly conservatory and mallory square. The little blue folder was a great help. We found a place called shipwrecks that was north of the house off the beaten path.... was very yummy. Mrs Macs kitchen was a good one as well. We plan to return for our next vacation to the keys!

this is a nice small place in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a beach, we were comfortable and the plus of screened in front and back areas with a patio in the back were a nice touch the house was well equipped and the neighbors are friendly. shopping and restaurants are convenient all and all a pleasant winter for us

My wife and I spent a week in this great home.

The home was great. We brought our dog with us to the ocean for the first time. We stayed one week in the house. All of the appliances are new and work great. The front and back porches are screened in so no bugs. The house is within a couple blocks of a dog friendly park which we walked to every day. We even saw a manatee swimming in the small man made pool that opened into the ocean. The home is very nice and well worth the money. It was clean and well taken care of. We will return.

Everything was wonderful. The house was clean, and well decorated. Everything was comfortable. A nice little home away from home. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Please note, bathroom doors are too small for a wheelchair to fit.

Beautiful, cozy & clean house with amazing owners

Had the chance to rent the house for three days then last minute changed to stay am extra day and the owners where so wonderful the let us stay at a discounted rate. Maggie would call to make sure everything was ok and she was available 24/7. If you are looking for a place please look no more this is home from home thank you guys.
