The Primary Master bedroom is on the first floor and is steps to your spa and pool with an expansive outdoor space. Dramatic open great room with 22’ ceilings is perfect for family time with your guests. The 2nd floor features 4 spacious bedrooms and a Balcony to enjoy some coffee with views of the Marco river and Sunset’s in the evening.

Rent a boat and tie up to the dock during your stay to explore the many beaches and the Ten thousand islands around Marco. This home is sure to be a hit with boating enthusiasts, Beach lovers or for those just looking to relax in this tropical paradise. Elegant Spacious Home

Our family including 6 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this elegant and beautifully appointed home. With the pool, hot tub, dock and canal, multiple televisions there was always something for everyone. The bedroom spaces were spacious & well appointed. Grand master bath & 3 other bathrooms. Everyone had their own comfortable sleeping & relaxing space. Gourmet kitchen. Highly recommend this property.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. I can’t say enough about Ron and his availability. He checked in several times to make sure we didn’t need anything, which we didn’t. Having the bikes and beach items were a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

Great property with a boat dock. Ron was great to work with and always available for recommendations or any help you might need. 3 kayaks and 5 bikes available to use during your stay. Plenty of room for two families - 4 adults and 5 kids.

Gorgeous house

This house exceeded our expectations!! The house was immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub. In the evenings, we loved that the dock and pool/hot tub were lit up at night. We were able to enjoy sitting at the dock at night or taking an evening swim. Ron was a fantastic host who called us after booking our trip to answer any questions we had about our upcoming trip. We would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous house!!

What a beautiful home. My kids called it The Mansion of Marco! Fully decked out with everything you would need. Including kayaks. Right on the water!! Owner Ron is incredibly responsive! Awesome sweet island. Would love to come back. Thank you Ron.

Fantastic Family Getaway

I stayed here with my husband and two children (14 & 19) and I really couldn’t have asked for more. Ron, the owner, was available and extremely helpful. He gave me recommendations for kayaking, boating and water skiing that were spot on. There are kayaks and bikes at the house that we used and enjoyed. The house was clean and well kept. I highly recommend this home on the water.

Great get away

This large house was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for our adult family of 10. Easy access by boat or car. Ron the property manager was very nice and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this house.

The house felt like home, very clean, equipt and comfortable!

Perfect location, and felt like home, extremely clean and comfortable and accommodating. We really enjoyed sitting at the round table for dinner and jumping into the warm pool and hot tub. The patio is so inviting and we spent time there when not at the beach or site seeing, out there. The screens are large and give a very open view of all around. The deck below was so warm inviting and comfortable. Communication with the owner was clear and easy. He responded consistently. Thank you for a wonderful week and we look forward to visiting again. Perfect location.

Great House, Weather, and Location

We went to Marco Island to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had 7 adults and 3 children, ages 13, 10 and 8. Everything about this trip was great. The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room for everyone. When we were not out doing one of the many excursions or activities, we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the pool/hot tub and sunning down on the dock. We used the bicycles and kayaks that are furnished also. One thing we noticed is the location of Villa Bonita. It is perfect and nothing was more than a hop, skip and a jump away. There are lots of fun eating places, grocery stores, etc. within walking or biking distance. In Summary: Everyone thought this was one of our best vacations. Ron, the owner, answered all questions, immediately, and any time of day. Things could not have gone any smoother. As a bonus, the weather was perfect. 80 degrees and sunny in Dec. and Jan? Wow.

Great week

House was just as we expected. Ron was always available to answer questions. Great location. Close to everything. We rented a small boat and enjoyed the view each morning. Even saw some dolphins right in the back!

A beautiful home

We had an amazing vacation staying at this property. The owner is great to communicate with, the home is beautiful, spacious and very clean! We rented a boat and this location was perfect for access to the gulf. I highly recommend this property!!

Unbelievable property, outstanding location on island, and exceptional owner!

This was our first trip to Marco Island and definitely plan to come back and stay at Villa Bonita. Ron (owner) has set up and maintained the property far better than any property we have rented in Florida through rental management groups. His attention to detail and the customer experience is amazing and we had the most memorable spring break for our family of 5 (kids ages 6-16). Marco Island is beautiful itself, but the ability to rent a boat and explore the many uninhabited islands in the area is hard to match other than parts of the Bahamas. I give my highest recommendation to Marco Island and especially Villa Bonita. Thanks Ron!

Great house for a family trip

House is in a great location and has everything a family (or two) needs to enjoy Marco island. House has all the amenities - spacious common areas, spacious bedrooms, fully capable kitchen, awesome pool/hot tub and great lounging area on the dock. Super convenient to the big water and all the locations on Marco. Owner is super responsive and accommodating.

Perfect home for a perfect vacation

This was one of the most enjoyable places for a vacation for 4 adults and 4 children. The house was immaculate and everything we needed was supplied. The pool and hot tub were big hits. We've been to Marco many times but this is our favorite place! And Ron is a wonderful host.

Wonderful property

We stayed during a very chilly week in Florida. Home was very clean. The pool was wonderful and well heated. The kitchen is very up to date and well equipped - we did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. Wonderful to sit on the sunny lower deck and enjoy the day!
