GROUSE- Swiss Luxury at Ayer, near Zinal, St Luc, Grimentz in Val d'Anniviers

Chalet Grouse - Rent for up to 10 (larger parties may wish to rent Chalet Cuckoo which is nearby. Cuckoo sleeps up to 5: https://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/accommodation/p6838730). Minimum stay 5 days; arrive Sunday, Monday or Tuesday (different over Christmas and New Year); take advantage of the saving available if staying 7 or more days.

Top floor: With entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (double with basin and twin) and shared bathroom (bath, shower, basin, toilet).
Middle floor: Entrance hall (with toilet) and sejour. The sejour is divided into: a luxurious sitting area for 10, log burning stove (wood not included), TV/DVD/WiFi available, dining area for 12, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, four ring electric hob, oven, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and other gadgets.
Lower floor: 3 en-suite bedrooms and a hall. Two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. Two bedrooms have bathrooms (bath, toilet and basin) one bedroom has shower (shower, toilet and basin). All bedrooms have copious cupboard space. Two of the bedrooms have French windows. Washing machine, drying machine and rack, iron and ironing board provided. Underfloor heating.

Parking for 2 cars off road by the chalet.

The chalet has a view of the mountains above the resort of Grimentz. Skiing at St Luc, Zinal and Grimentz is ten minutes away by car. Day trip to Zermatt, Crans Montana or Verbier. In summer many activities and all public transport within the Val d'Anniviers are free with the Anniviers Libertee pass provided. For those who enjoy walking just exit the chalet and the mountains are yours.

Wir durften eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in diesem gut ausgestateten Chalet verbringen. Das Platzverhältnis für 10 Personen hat gut gepasst. Sehr schöner und sonniger Standort mit ausicht auf die Berge und Grimentz.

Beautiful chalet with amazing view

Every October we go one week to Switzerland to hike. This year we went to Chalet Grouse and we loved it! It is a luxurious chalet. Fully equipped for a big group. It also has more than enough room for ten people. We loved the valley as well. It has plenty perfectly maintained hiking trails and the views are amazing. Also from the balcony of the chalet you can enjoy one of the perfect views the valley has to offer!

A beautiful house at a fantastic location!

We had the most wonderful week at Chalet Grouse. The house is beautiful and has everything you could wish for. Separate bathrooms to each of the bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We spent a great holiday there with six adults and two small children. We went on several stunning hikes, one can start walking straight from the chalet or make the short drive to Zinal or Grimentz and start from there. It's a hiking paradise! Probably winter isn't bad either...(-; The views from the balconies are fantastic. One has sun basically all day and we very much enjoyed sitting in the evening sun after a nice hike. Very relaxing! A perfect place, highly recommendable!
