Located between the Authie Bay and the waterfront, a pretty Picardy farmhouse completely renovated comfort in the middle of 2000 m2 of fenced garden, shaded with trees and flowers.
The charm of old beams with a beautiful interior, 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 fireplaces.
Ground floor consists of two living rooms, kitchen, two bedrooms (one master suite), bathroom, two toilets. Upstairs in the pure spirit and charm of the Picardy farmhouses: four bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet
Ideal to meet in family with children.
Close to many sports and leisure (beach, aqua club, yachting, sailing, tennis, golf, horse riding, barrel-kayak ..), the Bay of Authie but especially the Somme and Marquenterre Park and finally val d'Authie and Abbey Valloires
Many cycling and hiking routes.
