The Fleur de Lis, a traditionally styled unit with hints of French Dubuque, is located in the downtown Millwork District on the second floor. It is ideal for one couple but can sleep up to 4. Perfect for a romantic get-away or business, the Fleur de Lis has 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, ready to cook-in kitchen, gas fireplace, spacious living room and private hot tub on the balcony. The queen size bedroom boasts a spacious en suite and the sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed when needed. The unit is within walking distance of many amenities in downtown Dubuque.

Cleanest place I’ve ever been in! The place was great for my sister and I getting away for a few days. Parking wasn’t great (across the street) hard to load/unload our stuff. Very limited parking in front of bldg. Don’t pack heavy as there is a lot of steps to get to the apartment. I would stay there again

My husband and I are native Dubuquers. We came up with this idea after staying at a cozy vacation rental in La Jolla, CA. It sat on top of a small restaurant that served breakfast and lunch. My husband spotted this property and approached me with the idea, stating that if I wasn't 100% in, he would just forget about it. Needless to say, I was 100% in! Now here we are! Ready to share our dream with you! We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for two reasons. First, we both grew up in this area of Dubuque. Second, we love what Dubuque is doing for the downtown area and feel that the Millwork District will continue to grow and will be the place to go in Dubuque.

Being in the Millwork District of Dubuque is a huge advantage to our property. We are close to so many attractions, making your stay handy and convenient to whatever event or purpose you have to visit our beautiful city.
