This is the perfect property for a weekend stay. Close to Great restaurants, and with The Best coffee shop right downstairs - Charlotte’s. Be aware that the second floor seating for Charlotte’s is adjacent to the main level of the loft, and you can hear a bit of noise from there when you are on the main level. However, the bedroom was quiet and the noise from the coffee shop did not bother us at all. Overall great weekend stay for my husband and me!

Perfect location to enjoy all that downtown Dubuque has to offer! The Loft is very comfortable, extremely clean, and well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A nice coffee shop downstairs and excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Jenn is a very responsive, kind host.

Beautiful immaculate and unique place to stay!! Tvs every room with everything you could possibly need already there. Hot tub a BIG Bonus along with coffee shop downstairs. I will definitely keep this one on the favorites list!!

My husband and I spent our 22nd anniv. At Maquoketa Cave State Park and then had a wonderful time in Dubuque and at this VRBO. Lots of things to do including the aquarium, the fenelon elevator, and the river walk were all cool too! We had a nice dinner at the barrel highly recommend the bang bang shrimp appetizer!!! The room was fantastic, the hot tub is always a nice touch! Loved the decor and layout! Waking up on the same floor as the coffee house guests could sit was a bit of a shock but quickly became overlooked due to how cute and perfect this vrbo was/is plus the free GC was completely worth it. Best banana bread latte I’ve ever had even though we forgot to use the GC. Oops We hope to stay again!

Amazing place in an excellent location! We loved staying here and went to the coffeehouse downstairs every morning for breakfast. Perfect spot for walking around downtown but still having privacy and quiet.
