The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 604 is a Destin dream come true!

East 604 offers a contemporary island feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for five with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, marble counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry area is just off the kitchen and features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, solid wood and plush furnishings, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Best in Destin

We’ve been to Destin several times and this place is the best by far. The condo had everything that we needed and more. Great location to dining and shopping. The balcony was perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and viewing dolphins. Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful space and location

This space was very clean and well kept. The location of the condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed swimming in the pools and spending time by the beach. The pools were always clean and not overly crowded. The only issue encountered was, we were not able to utilize the balcony during our stay due to a waterproofing project. We were not notified about the project until 5 days prior to our arrival. The company did provide us a 20% refund due to the inconvenience.

Relaxing family vacation

The Silver Beach Towers exceeded our expectations for our spring break. The facilities were spotlessly clean and smelled fresh all the time. The private beach and pools were very well maintained. Our specfic condo was much larger than what we expected from the photos. It was clean, well decorated and had all the basic kitchen appliances and tools. The beds were very comfortable with comfortable bedding. The best part of the condo was the balcony. It was at a perfect level of high enough to be above the business of the pool area, but low enough to really take in the beach views. It had comfy rocking chairs for taking in the view and drinking your morning coffee and also a table/chairs to eat/work and enjoy the view.The communication was clear and accessible for pre stay, check-in and during the stay. The reason for 4 star on location was it was on a very busy main road. Although you would never know it while in the condo. There was a traffic light which made it easy to get in/out. We loved that there was indoor parking as well for the complex. The pro for it being on a busy road is that busy road had everything you need within about a 5 min drive. There is a target, grocery stores, good restaurants. The only things I would recommend to make the stay better is having beach towels available for guests so would not have to pack. There were three beach chairs available which was nice and the beach service option-we used once. The water activities options onsite was a bonus.

Best one yet!

We have stayed in several different vacation homes at Silver Beach Towers. E604 was my favorite one so far. Loved everything about it and love the SB Towers complex. Perfect!
