West 1204 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the sixteenth floor, West 1204 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 1204 has everything you need to enjoy a truly fantastic Destin vacation!

West 1204 offers a seaside feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry room is located near the kitchen and features a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Outside this guest bedroom is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have a small balcony that overlooks the landscaped resort grounds and the greater Destin area.

Best vacation spot

We come to Destin every year and this was the best place we have ever stayed! Condo was roomy and so nice!! We had 6 guests and everyone had plenty of room! Definitely will be back hopefully next year!

Great property!

The unit was even better in person, very clean and well equipped. The beach service was very easy to use and the overall property was very nice. You can’t walk to restaurants but there are so many options within a short drive. Overall excellent experience, we’d stay again!

Wonderful vacation!!

We would love to book this place again for next year. Nothing short of amazing! The place was quiet, well kept, and pleasant all around. The condo itself is beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots pans, even a pan to bake a cake for my toddlers bday, and a pot to boil shrimp, etc…with a priceless view! 3 bathrooms was a plus too! Destins views & water never disappoints!

Silver Beach

Loved this resort and in particular the unit in which we stayed. The only issue we had with the unit was trying to figure out how to work the various television remotes. Instructions would have been helpful. But overall, we loved, loved, loved our stay and will definitely visit again. Thanks!

Great condo. Would be nice if it had a few more things for convenience. Salt and pepper, Kleenex, napkins. Wi-Fi in master bedroom is weak. TV is difficult to use.

Remarkable

I absolutely loved this property. The process from beginning to end was fantastic. I love the location and the unit we stayed in was stellar. I wanted to give this property 5 stars, but the internet connection was not good at all. I think that can be remind installing internet signal boosters. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. I will be back.

Nearly Perfect

Location perfect, or issue with condominium was the fact that all the walls were very thin. So you heard EVERY door shut, chair move, drawer closed. For someone going to relax this is quite intrusive and we traveled in non peak season. Otherwise this was pretty perfect and would use again!

Fabulous Oceanfront Unit

Excellent unit, clean, great location. Management responded quickly if we had issues. The downside is when there is noise from a unit managed by a different owner, as the onsite management cannot do much. We had very noisy upstairs neighbors and had to live it as a different owner/company handled that unit. Otherwise would highly recommend!!!!
