Originally inhabited by the keeper of the baronial estate in which it is located, this beautiful villa surrounded by greenery is the result of a recent renovation that guarantees all modern living comfort, while maintaining the original spirit of the Sicilian countryside.

This villa, designed with large indoor and outdoor living spaces in mind, has a double living room with fireplace, a kitchen, five bedrooms with as many bathrooms of relevance. It is therefore surrounded by a large and varied garden, with attention to every detail: in the south of the house there are in fact the old trees, the palms and the island of succulents, together with the large swimming pool with hydromassage area. Contrada Tenutella is located in the middle of the Gulf of Gela, close to the State Road that connects all the towns of the southern Sicilian coast.
