Our spacious two bedroom south facing apartment on the 1st Floor (top floor) offers the most spectacular front line views on Lakeview Village and certainly one of the best on the Boavista Resort. The first floor (top floor) elevation ensures uninterrupted views from the rear balcony overlooking the 14th Green and the challenging 15th,16th Fairways, two lakes, fountains and bird life. A dream destination for golfers, families or for anyone just wishing to relax, swim or unwind in the magnificent heated outdoor pool - just a few steps away from the front of the apartment. Enjoy your sundowners on the front balcony overlooking the pool and distant Monchique mountains. The resort has an impressive Club House with restaurant and Spa offering a fabulous indoor heated pool, jacuzzi/steam, sauna, gym and beauty salon all year round (nominal fees payable to Clubhouse for use-this is not included with the apartment but you do get a small discount with guest cards). There are also tennis courts and padel courts (booked and payable through the clubhouse too). A new Bistro and bar has also now opened on Boavista just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Guests can benefit from discounts on Green fees and at the Club House restaurant and spa/indoor pool/gym when using our guest cards . Free hi-speed WIFI is also provided for all our guests in the apartment.The nearby town of Lagos with cobbled lanes and pavement cafes retains the traditional feel of the Algarve.

There are many reasons to visit the Algarve - whether you are a golfing fanatic, love to enjoy lazy warm days at the sea or by the pool or merely wish to unwind amongst some of the most dramatic scenery in Iberia. A stay at Boavista will certainly not disappoint - especially as there are some 3000 hours of glorious sunshine a year. Winters are never freezing although a warm jacket or jersey is recommended for the evening at that time of year.

Golf: the Golf Academy with its´ own driving range and driving/chipping areas. In addition to the Championship course here at Boavista (a par 72, 5251m Yellow tees) there are many excellent courses within a few minutes drive from the apartment. Parque da Floresta; Pestana, Palmares, Espiche and Penina are recommended to hone your golfing skills.

Facilities: The Club House offers a vast array of delicious refreshments, breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the day and evening - and the views over Lagos are stunning and friendly staff. The Club has a Pro shop where you can book green fees and buy everything associated with the sport.

If you enjoy sea & sand then there are numerous Blue Flag beaches within easy reach of the apartment such as Praia da Mos, Praia du Luz and Meia Praia. Take a stroll along the many beaches or dip into the crystal clear waters and feel instantly reinvigorated! Traditional fishing villages such as Burgau, Salema and Alvor are full of their own particular charm - these are also just a few miles from the Resort.

Excellent apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment which has all the home comforts. It is extremely clean, well maintained and is in a very quiet location. Communication with Hayley was excellent and we would highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely week at this apartment, it's spacious, very clean and comfortable and has everything needed to make a stay enjoyable. We played the golf course several times and swam in the heated pool which is a few steps away from the apartment. If you're eating out there are lots of restaurants to choose from in Lagos or Luz. Also boat trips from the marina if you fancy seeing the cliffs and also dolphins further out to sea. Hayley was really great at communicating and gave lots of useful friendly advice for our holiday. Anca is also on hand if needed. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment at Boavista.

Excellent Stay

I traveled with my wife and two small children and had everything we needed on the resort and within a short driving distance from the property. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has everything that you could need on a family holiday. The location is excellent and within an easy driving distance of Lagos town. The apartment itself is spotless, furnished well and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The Owner is very quick to reply to emails and sent a lot of useful information on places to visit and eat, although there are so many in Lagos and the surrounding areas you are spoilt for choice. I will definitely be booking another family holiday with Hayley again in the future.

Stunning Views

This is a lovely apartment and as described has stunning views over the golf course and in the distance the city of Lagos and the ocean. The apartment was spotless with hand sanitizer upon entry and the housekeeping arrangements were first class. The apartment is very well equipped and there are lots of useful tips and advice in the documentation received from the host who communicates with guests promptly. We have stayed at Boa Vista Resort for many years but this is by far one of the best apartments we have stayed in due to its location on the resort and proximity to the communal swimming pool. We would be very happy to return in the future.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful family holiday, the apartment was superb in ever way, clean, comfortable and everything we could have wanted, the pool was extremely clean and the whole resort was very well looked after, golf isn't really our thing so can't comment on that, however the location was very central to local towns, the only thing i'd say is that there is a need to drive as the location of Boavista is a little remote, however this was no problem for us as we enjoyed the peace and the comfort of being safe in the complex. All in all a wonderful family holiday, thank you Hayley hopefully we will be back :-) Jo and Chris x

Lovely apartment and well equipped. Lovely location and well maintained. We loved sitting watching the golfers and wild life on the balcony. Apartment lovely and fabulous comply bed and bedding which has been the best we’ve stayed in, In this area. It’s a credit to the owners we will be back.

Séjour reposant dans un environnement classe

Les informations fournies par la propriétaire étaient très claires ce qui a facilité notre installation. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir dans le frigo de quoi grignoter ce qui était bienvenu après un long trajet!! La gouvernante nous a visité dès le lendemain matin et nous fournies toutes les infos utiles à notre séjour avec en prime des petites adresses bien sympathiques. L’appartement situé dans un cadre parfait pour la détente et le calme nous a amplement satisfait : la literie de bonne qualité, la cuisine très bien équipée, les serviettes de plage et de bain sont un plus très appréciable. Le minuscule point négatif est qu’une voiture est fortement conseillée pour les déplacements à la plage ou prendre un petit déjeuner à proximité avec des enfants en bas âge en revanche à pied les premiers commerces se trouvent à une vingtaines de min. Le golf est magnifique et la piscine est très bien entretenue et assez spacieuse pour ne pas se marcher dessus, de plus nous y avons séjourner en plein mois d’août! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et envisageons d’y revenir très vite .

Lovely apartment

We had a great holiday at Boavista and this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. It is well located overlooking the 14 and 15th holes .The furniture and beds were very comfortable and pool towels were provided which is excellent.Anca the lady who looks after the property is lovely and very helpful so we would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there again

A top quality spacious apartment, ideal for golf

This apartment must be amongst the very best on the pretty luxurious Boavista golf complex. It's spacious, modern, clean, and very well equipped and maintained. It's on the first floor of a two storey terrace of apartments, with its South facing balcony (off the large living room) thus giving superb views over the adjacent par-3 14th hole (tee to green over a lake). The 15th and 16th holes are also in view. There is another smaller balcony off the two bedrooms at the front of the apartment, overlooking the very large swimming pool and sunbathing area, communal yet exclusive to the properties in this section of Boavista. The apartment has two large bedrooms, one with a large en-suite, plus a further wc and shower room. The excellent, fully equipped kitchen also overlooks the golf course. There is aircon, underfloor heating in the two bathrooms, shutters on all windows for security, and two TV's (living room and Master bedroom), with all the channels you would want at home (Sky sports etc!) The apartment is 2 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk from the Boavista golf clubhouse, which has restaurant, bar, terrace and a spa with indoor pool. As a guest in a Boavista property you can use these facilities, some for a nominal charge using the guest cards left for you in the apartment. The centre of Lagos is 5 -10 minutes away by car. A great Portugese town with supermarkets and lots of good restaurants. It's very pleasant to stroll through the "old town" and along the riverfront and marina. There are also several very good beaches and beach bars within a few minutes drive. Further afield, in less than an hour, you can drive along the coast westwards to Praia de Luz, Sagres and Cape St Vincent, or eastwards, back towards other Algarve resorts. Or drive into the "interior" to Silves and/or Monchique, Portugese towns well worth visiting. The apartments owners, Hayley and Tom, are very friendly and provide comprehensive directions and instructions, and their representative out there, Jenny, is also very friendly, helpful and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment for one or two couples or for a family of four. You couldn't fail to enjoy staying there.

Lovely apartment.

I spent a fantastic time in this apartment with 3 friends for a girls week away. The apartment was very clean and contained everything you need for a great time, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and ensuit with a shower over the bath. Comfortable loungers and chairs on both the front and rear balconies. The large pool is just a few yards away , always plenty of loungers available. The apartments large rear balcony overlooks the 14 hole of the golf course, we spent a lot of time here watching the wildlife and every morning the different fountains as the greens were water. There are electric awanings on this balcony so we were able to spend time on it when it was to hot to sunbath . The whole of Boa Vista is very pleasant , it is worth walking around to see the different areas especially the new area being developed at the moment. A visit to the Clubhouse is recommended, we had a pleasant lunch here one day, stunning views over Lagos and the sea from the elevated front. We didn't have our own transport but used local taxis which we found reasonably priced. It took us only about 10 minutes to get to Laros and Praia da Luz, both places well worth visiting , both have great beaches and lots of good restaurants. I would thoughoully recommend this apartment as a wonderful base for a great holiday in stunning surroundings.

My husband and I stayed here in November 2016. The apartment was much more than we expected and was soon feeling like home from home. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and of high quality. The kitchen was well equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you would need for 4 people. It was great to have a dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer and microwave. Two good sized bedrooms with aircon, one with an ensuite and also a main bathroom. There is a balcony, with electric shutters, off the bedrooms where you have the view of a large outdoor swimming pool as well as a small pool for children. The lounge with aircon was bright and airy with comfy sofas, dining suite and bookcases. The TV had English channels so you can keep up to date with your favourite soaps etc! Wifi was a definite bonus. The lounge also had two patio doors, with electric shutters, opening out onto a large sunny balcony. What fabulous views overlooking the extremely well groomed golf course! This apartment and balcony certainly has a privileged position. We had breakfast and early evening drinks relaxing on the balcony every day. For the time of year, the weather couldn't have been any better for the whole week we spent here, with sunshine and blue skies everyday. What bliss! Boa Vista Golf & Spa Resort is outstanding and is an extremely well kept complex, with beautiful gardens and colourful flowers (yes, even in November). The staff we met were friendly and helpful. We visited the club house where they serve coffee and snacks as well as lunch/evening meals. We didn't eat here, however we have booked this apartment again for next year and will definitely make use of the restaurant and Spa next time. Many beautiful beaches close-by and supermarkets in Lagos to get your supplies from. There are too many lovely beach cafes and restaurants to mention, however there is lots of helpful information held in the apartment along with maps and recommendations. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!
