Unforgettable trip!

The house was amazing! Location to Camp Watercolor, Seaside and Beach club were perfect. Never even had to use strollers. Beautiful well-maintained house. We ended up cooking at home for several meals and would have benefited from some basic condiments but otherwise, well-stocked utensil and cooking dishware.

We had a full house that included 4 babies/toddlers. There was adequate space to spread out with 2 living areas inside PLUS 2 large screened porches. The kitchen was top of the line! My adult children Prepared the evening meals and enjoyed the whole space...especially the outdoor fireplaces with flat screen TV (to watch final 4 game) the golf cart was icing on a very good cake and we could not have enjoyed the pools/beach without it. Loved it! loved the management team! Loved the community! We will be back

Nice house but needs some maintenance. HOA is a problem.

Overall good stay despite tropical storm Fred. House was generally very nice but does need some cosmetic maintenance. Watercolor HOA issues a citation for a golf cart not completely between the white lines in a totally empty parking garage. Highway robbery at $100....It would have been nice to get a heads up from rental agent.

Home is fantastic!

Home is fantastic and everything it’s supposed to be. Huge issue checking in. We never received our email with check in process from the management company. We arrived at midnight with 4 kids and called the number on this site, only to be told there is nothing they can do, and to look for a hotel. But.....they only see a reservation for one, so they’ll only cover 1 person staying in a hotel. Brad, the worst customer service rep in the history of customer service, read to me the process for contacting a attorney, and proceeded to talk over myself and my husband. Needless to say, the call did not go well. He was uncaring and inconsiderate to our situation, and took no interest in helping us, saying he has no responsibility and that they are only a booking site - this was “Home Away”. We love this house and will directly book with their management company instead of using VRBO. This app is going to be deleted once the trip is over. Highly recommend this house, just make sure the management company sends you your necessary information before arrival, don’t go by the VRBO email that they send that says “Here is access to your keys”....there was no access.

As to looking at your reservation, we did send you your check-in information eight days before your arrival. It could have gone into your spam or junk email. We followed up two days before your arrival to see if you needed anything before you stay, but never got a call back. As soon as we were made aware you were having issues getting into the home and was not able to locate your check-in information, we were able to quickly re-send your check-in email as well as text it to get you into the home. Thank you for your feedback and your five-star review! Hope to have you and your family back down on 30-A with us soon!

Renter for two weeks

It is a very nice house. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized but a few items were lacking- oven mitts and dish towels. It was very nice to have the golf cart and bikes. Sadly, the house was very dirty. Kitchen barstools were too low for the counter and kids could not sit there to eat and it was uncomfortable for adults as well, and the seats were nasty. The slipcovers in the living room were dirty and tired. Need replacing. We enjoyed the screened in porch off the living room but again the cushions need replacing. Very worn!! Dust covered the lovely night stands in the master bedroom. I have asthma and had a flair up due to it. The vacuum cleaner is inoperable and had never been cleaned so it would not pick up anything. We were constantly sweeping and cleaning up with paper towels. We really think it would feel cleaner if we could mop the kitchen. A wet swifter would be very helpful. The laundry room is very nice and we had a great supply of towels. The shower floor in master bedroom upstairs needs regrouting around the edges. I think it would help if the owners stayed a few days periodically to check all this out. A new cleaning service is greatly needed.

Fourth Awesome Year

We've been staying at this property for four consecutive years. We had 10 teenagers with us and not once did the property feel small or overcrowded. The outside porches (with TVs), the upstairs family room, and the carriage house means that no one is underfoot. The house is well located close to the beach, Watercolor Beach Club, the community pool, and Publix. The 6-seater golf cart and bicycles also make the stay fun for teenagers who get to enjoy their 'freedom'. A wonderful property, great support from Sanders Beach Rentals and we'll be back for year 5!

Fantastic property. Set up perfectly for our group of 6 Best buds from high school. Highly recommend the house and wish we could’ve stayed longer! One small recommendation would be to update a few of the TVs...but overall a wonderful stay.

Great house

Everything was as described on the website. Beautiful house, spacious and fully equipped kitchen which we needed since we ate all our meals at the house! The only negative is the open trellis area behind the house, which serves as a carport, will only hold one car or small SUV. There is, however, shared parking in front of the house.

Amazing holiday home!

My family and I stayed at this property for two weeks this summer and had seven teenage friends join our family of four. It was the best home we have rented at Watercolor. It is conveniently located between Publix and the Watercolor Beach Club and close to the Watercolor Camp. The big golf cart was a Godsend, with the teenagers able to get around as they needed and the little ones used the property's bicycles. The house has numerous seating areas so we never felt cramped and the interior was beautifully decorated. All in all, this property gets a five star rating and we will be back!

Perfect Home

The house is gorgeous! In fact, it’s the nicest house we have ever rented in Watercolor. The gourmet kitchen was fabulous and contained everything we needed and more. Vacation Perfection

This home was absolute PERFECTION!! The entire experience from start to finish was easy and seamless, the property manager was so wonderful to answer any and all questions we had, and the location was ideal. The home was thoughtfully and beautifully designed, very spacious both inside and outside for our crew, and the electric cart was a huge added perk when traveling with little ones. The kitchen also had everything needed to prepare dinner for a large crew which you don't always find when renting. We certainly enjoyed our week here and will definitely be back!!

Best stay we've had on 30A

This house was the most amazing and well equipped home we've stayed at in the area. We've been vacationing to 30A area since 2006, and easy to say this was the finest and most accommodating home we've stayed in. Every feature was just like the pics...roomy, cozy, comfortable and extra clean. I think the home had something like 10 flatscreen TVs, plenty of room for our 10+ crew, spacious kitchen, premium appliances and technology. My wife and I appreciated the outdoor shower, back porch, garage storage and all the gadgets inside that are so useful when at the beach. We didn't have a single issue during the stay and the property manager was awesome! Hoping to stay here again if the dates align next summer!

Gorgeous Beach House

This home really is everything mentioned in the property description and more! My family of five and my sister's family of five shared this beautiful home as we spent a week playing and relaxing in the pristine Water Color community, located along Scenic 30A. The location couldn't be better. Shopping, dining, pools, and beach are all in close proximity to this home - we rented beach cruisers and only used our car once the entire week! The Water Color community offers a private beach with white sand, crystal clear water, a beautiful adjacent pool, complimentary towels, poolside food and drink service, bike trails and many more fabulous amenities. Not only is the home beautiful, it has a great layout. Each level of this two story home has a large living room and an additional fully furnished screened porch living area. Amazing to stay in a home with 10+ people and never feel crowded (ample storage helped). In the center of the home is a beautiful gourmet kitchen equipped with everything one would need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate out a few times and the dining was great, but with six kids our favorite nights were the meals we prepared at "our" beach house. One night we had family friends staying in a neighboring community join us for dinner. We took advantage of the great grill on the back patio. It was a blast! The home provides more than enough bath towels and the washer and dryer helped tremendously with dirty towels and clothes. All week long I heard from my family how comfortable the beds were and how fantastic the showers were, I totally agreed! This home is amazing, our expectations were far surpassed. We hope to return soon! *Special thanks to the property manager for being readily available!
