About this property

Family friendly, quiet house, comfortable and spacious, with panoramic

The villa consists of two floors with 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and one room with two bunk beds = 4). Each bedroom has its own bathroom (with shower and / or bath). The bedrooms are provided upon arrival of crisp linens and fresh towels.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with all modern equipment to maximize your comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron ...). The spacious living room with flat screen TV gives direct access to the sun terrace with swimming pool. There is TV Vlaanderen (o. M., All Belgian and Dutch radio and TV stations via satellite) and WiFi Internet, air conditioning cold and hot.

The large garden is fully landscaped. Both the pool and the house are terraces with beautiful rattan furniture and comfortable loungers. The private pool is heatable (in option 125 € / week extra) and gives a view of the sea. Outside shower.

The location is ideal for people who wish for peace and privacy just off the tourist crowds yet close to everything.

Further information: Pets not allowed, minimum rental days: 7, car recommended, possibility to rent extra by speedboat (9 seats) - Baby equipment (bed, relax, walking car, chair, ...)

Amazing property

Had the most relaxing holiday. The property was everything we had hoped for and more. Spacious, clean, fully equipped and quiet location. Car is required as nothing is really in walking distance. Tom was very helpful throughout our booking. Would go again.

We had a wonderful week staying at the villa. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and the trampoline too. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location which was so tranquil. The house was immaculate when we arrived which was very pleasing given the current Covid situation. We would definitely stay again!

Geräumige Villa in toller Umgebung und fantastischer Lage

Die Geräumigkeit, Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Villa, sowie die fantastische Lage mit ganztägiger Sonne sehen darüber hinweg, dass diverse Tiere der Nachbarschaft mitunter "nerven" können. Darüber hinaus war die Kommunikation vor und während der Mietzeit mit unseren Ansprechpartnern immer sehr zielführend.

Geräumiges, nettes Haus in abgeschiedener Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Leider war einiges an Mobiliar nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand, z.B. Die runde Sonnenliege war total zerbrochen und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Der Esstisch im Terrassenbereich war auch kaputt. Außerdem war das Haus nicht so sauber wie wir es gewohnt sind. Trotzdem haben wir die geräumige Aufteilung des Hauses und den Pool samt Garten sehr genossen. Ein Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen, aber okay.

Geweldig, ruim huis met mooi uitzicht in prachtige omgeving

Met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen hebben we 1,5 week in deze villa vertoefd. De villa is heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We konden het zo gek niet bedenken of het was er. Van een airfryer tot föhn en van een grote trampoline in de tuin tot speelgoed voor de kinderen. We hadden niet alle dagen mooi weer, dus de tafeltennistafel werd veel gebruikt (in de living, die was daar ruim genoeg voor!). Het enige dat we, vooral door de regen, misten, was een soort afdak/overkapping. Dan hadden we wellicht nog iets meer buiten kunnen zitten, omdat de temperatuur wel heel aangenaam was (hoewel het in hartje zomer misschien juist te warm is onder zo'n afdak...). Maar de enorme ruimte binnen en luxe voorzieningen (en uitvoering van bv badkamer), maakten dat meer dan goed! De omgeving is ook prachtig. Niet toeristisch, maar met genoeg te zien en te doen. Veel prachtige wandelingen in de buurt, mooi heuvelachtig en soms grillig landschap. Relatief dicht bij zee, dus ook mooie afwisseling in omgeving. Echt een aanrader!! Het contact met de verhuurder was bovendien snel, professioneel en zeer prettig. We zijn zeker voornemens opnieuw via hem te huren!
