La Zenia is an established area with a large popular Blue flag Beach with sunbeds for hire, beach bar , childrens play area and water sports . several other Beaches (cabo roig and playa flamenca all within easy walking distance .plenty of local restaurants and cafes and Bars, large supermarket, bank, shops etc all within easy walking distance. the Town centre of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes drive. Taxi & Bus services available with pick up point (5 minutes walk away)

Both Alicante and Murcia international airports are 60 minutes drive away.

The Deans summer vacation

All was as described in the information provided. We had no issues during the stay, kids spent most of the day's in the excellent pool. Even though this was a hot time of year, the ceiling fans worked really well and we didn’t miss not having Air conditioner. We would definitely come again.

Otroligt fint hus med bästa läge vid stranden

Allt var över förväntningarna. Bilderna gör sig inte alls rättvisa, huset, tomten, poolen år betydligt större än vad det ser ut. Allt var grymt!

Mooi huis met super ligging

Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging is super. Vind de omgeving erg rommelig de straten. Maar verder zit het overal van shoppingcentrum, restaurants en strand lekker dichtbij. Aanrader

Super villa

Vaste villa, très bien équipée, 1 sdb en haut, 1 en bas, plus 1 douche dans la buanderie et 1 extérieur et 1 WC avec pièce pour se changer dehors. Confirme aux photos et plus spacieuse encore que prévu (seule la disposition des sdb nous a étonnée). Très près de la plage. Par contre, dans la zone, seul 1 café/resto à distance à pied. Pleins de restos et magasins à quelques minutes de voiture.

Great Villa, Great Location

Over all the Villa was fabulous, internally could not fault it was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a great holiday. Externally the pool area and garden could do with a little tlc, but I think the owners are perhaps in the process of updated this gradully as there were areas that had been updated like the outdoor toilet and shower, which were beautiful. Perhaps some new sunlouger, garden furniture a general tidy of the garden and a lick of paint is all it really needs. Would defintely recommend though, in a great location. Will defintely book again.

Sehr schöne moderne Villa. Pool und Außenbereich laden zum Relaxen ein. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur ein paar Schritte. Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr angenehm. Bei dieser Villa kann man seinen Urlaub wirklich genießen.

Casa perfectamente limpia, con todas las cosas y aparatos necesarios para pasar las vacaciones, cerca de la playa. Muy buena atención por parte de las personas que la alquilan. Estamos encantados y es muy posible que repitamos otro año.
