Villa Campogialli is a villa with 6 bedrooms located between Firenze and Arezzo near The Setteponti Road (or Seven Bridges Road), the ancient road that linked Arezzo to Fiesole: the Cassia Vetus.

It is a restored stone farmhouse with private swimming-pool dating back to the 16th century. This property has been carefully restored preserving its ancient charm and original architectural features and has been turned into an elegant villa providing all modern comforts and offering beautiful interiors furnished with antiques.

The owners live about 50 m from the villa, in a separate property.

At guests' disposal: Private swimming-pool (16 x 8 mts – depth1.50 - 3 mts ); WI-FI Internet; 2 baby beds and 2 high chairs; parking.

Distances: Campogialli with food shops at 500 mts, San Giustino with all kind of shops at 2 km. Arezzo 22km, Cortona 50km, Firenze 56km, Siena 56km, San Gimignano 77km, Volterra 108km, Pisa 140km.

First floor: 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower.

This was our first trip to Italy with our family and this property is a gem. As soon as you pass through the gates, you are met with a vineyard on the right side of the driveway and an Olive grove on the left side. The property is laid out with an abundance of beautiful landscaping which Silvia's father maintains religiously every morning. The interior of the home is a spectacular old villa (old by American standards) with stone steps, Gothic ceilings, multiple spacious rooms decorated with antiquities, fully equipped kitchen and very spacious comfortable bedrooms. The pool and back patio area are both wonderful for hanging out with family. We also cooked on the brick Bar-B-Que one evening and had our dinner on the back patio most evenings. It was a wonderful stay and Silvia is a fantastic host. If we decide to make this journey again, we will definitely book this villa and encourage others to do so as well!
