Comfortable Tuscan apartment in the ground floor of a beautiful country house surrounded by olive groves, just a few kilometers from the sea. Located about 1,5 km from the town of Guardistallo, this property offers a beautiful view of the countryside and the coast. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very comfortable. Outdoors, guests have exclusive use of the garden and pool. The friendly, helpful owners live on the first floor of the house.
The property's location is within easy reach of many beaches (both free and equipped) along the Tuscan coast (Cecina, Bibbona, Donoratico, San Vincenzo) and the charming surrounding towns (Montescudaio, Casale Marittimo, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, etc…).
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.

What a stunning location. It is a bit remote. The house is located in the middle of the olive tree farms. The pool area provides an awesome view on the surrounding area and the ocean. Cecina offers many restaurants to explore. We loved the charm and quiet location to unwind. With the pool, you can probably stay all day at the house in summer to relax. The owners take care of the pool, to ensure the water quality is top notch.They were also extremely helpful to help us out, since other equipement was hit as well. The heating failed due to the lightning strike, and they got separate electric stoves to heat the rooms. Awesome hosts which made us feel very welcome !

Beautiful place and amazing view. The house is clean and there is everthing you need. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We definitely would come back again and recommend a visit.
