Un très bon séjour à St-Malo !

Nous avons passé une semaine complète dans cet appartement et tout s'est très bien passé. En plus de l'hôte très agréable et facilement joignable, nous avons bien profité de notre séjour à St-Malo dans ce studio à la vue imprenable sur Intra Muros et le port de plaisance. L'appartement est très cosy, refait à neuf avec ce très beau lambris blanc, qui donne une atmosphère épurée/chic. La salle de bain est très agréable, serviettes fournies, toilettes très propres, rangements, sèche-serviette en marche.. La cuisine est également très fonctionnelle, et permet de profiter de la vue grâce aux ouvertures vitrées tout en cuisinant. Pour ce qui est de la localisation, vous serez à deux pas du quartier Solidor, environ 10 minutes à pied d'Intra-Muros, et 15 minutes de Paramé. Nous souhaitions vraiment remercier Colette pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, et ne pouvons que recommander son logement. Alexandre & Héloïse.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce studio typique bien équipé et décoré avec goût et qui offre une très belle vue sur le port et la cité de Saint-Malo. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et informés sur les visites, promenades, restaurants... par Loïc et son épouse. Il y a toujours de la place sur le parking gratuit en bas de l'immeuble ce qui est très appréciable. Petit bémol, l'escalier en colimaçon; il vaut mieux éviter les bagages volumineux :-) JY et P

Un week end fabuleux

Merci encore pour ce merveilleux week end dans votre charmant appartement. L'appartement est un vrai nid douillet, tres bien équipé et tres bien décoré. La vue sur le port et Saint Malo est sublime et l'appartement est idéalement placé, à deux pas de la plage des sablons et de la cité intra-murros. Nous avons également apprécié l'acceuil de Loic et les conseils qu'il a pu nous donné. Encore merci pour tout et à bientôt

Zu Beginn muss erstmal gesagt werden, dass die Lage der Ferienwohnung auf der Karte falsch angegeben ist, da das Domizil nicht in Intra-Murrons liegt sondern auf der Cite d'Aleth. Davon wurde im anfänglichen eMail-Kontakt wie auch in der Beschreibung kein Wort erwähnt. Erst im Mietvertrag wurde die korrekte Adresse mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung selbst ist nett und wohnlich eingerichtet und entspricht den zu sehenden Abbildungen. Auch in Sachen Sauberkeit gab's nichts zu meckern. Dennoch gibt es einige Dinge die uns besonders beim Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gestört haben. Bei unseren anfänglichen Nachfragen bekamen wir immer innerhalb von 24h eine Rückmeldung. Nachdem wir jedoch den Vertrag unterzeichnet und die Anzahlung getätigt hatten, hörten wir oft erst nach langer Zeit (ca. 2 Wochen) etwas von Ihr. Darüber hinaus gab es beim Kontakt auch während des Urlaubes einige Schwierigkeiten. Als der Gasherd ausfiel und wir die Gasflasche tauschen mussten, bekamen wir erst nach Stunden eine Rückmeldung (wobei sich nachher herausstellte, dass es ganz einfach und schnell zu erledigen war). Bei Problemen mit der Waschmaschine wurde uns zunächst Hilfe versprochen, die nicht kam und bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes ausblieb. Bei unserer Ankunft bekamen wir nur eine sehr spährliche Einführung in die Wohnung (elektr. Geräte wie Grillfunktion der Mikrowelle statt Backofen, Waschmachine, usw. wurden nicht erklärt) - bei der Abgabe der Schlüssel jedoch, wurde jedes einzelne Messer gezählt und Waschmachine, Mikrowelle (mit Wasserglas?!), usw. auf Funktion getestet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Privatparkplatz (in einigen hundert Metern Entfernung), jedoch wurde uns lediglich (und auch erst auf Nachfrage) die Lage grob erklärt. Versprochenes Infomaterial über die Stadt, Restaurants, Freizeitaktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. ä. haben wir nie zu Gesicht bekommen (abgesehen von ein paar wenigen - sehr veralteten - Prospekten). Empfehlen können wir die Cunningham's Bar direkt am Hafen (auch vom Michelin-Reiseführer empfohlen).
