The CASA GARONDA Ibizan style property is located in the residential area of ​​Cala Pi, and has a private chlorine-free pool (8x4x0.6 / 1.8m), barbecue and outdoor furniture for eating "al fresco". Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).
