The immediate area: A quiet residential area in the tranquil village of Bahia Azul. From there it is only a stone's throw to the enchanting town of Llucmajor with its famous market, Palma can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Thanks to the glass sliding elements, this area can be transformed into a completely open terrace. Also on the ground floor: a spacious kitchen with utility room and a guest toilet.
