Charmings and cozy house, with a stunning views of the sea. Country, sea, nature and a lot of peace. Ideally for people who need to disconnect of the city and for nature lovers.

The house is located in El Chaparral, Bologna, in Punta Paloma Alta's Natural Park, Tarifa, with the most completed infrastructure (all kind of shop, night life, petrol station, etc.) is a 15 minute by car.

The beautiful beach of Bologna is a 15 minutes walking from the house. In the small town of Bologna, there are supermarkets and some excellent seafood and fish restaurants. The Roman ruins of Baelo Claudio, on the same bay of Bologna, is a really recommended visit during your vacation.

The house is really careful, having two bedrooms, with a double bed per room; kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, one bathroom and two terraces with outdoor furniture.

Field, gardens, plenty of space around the house and is surrounded of nature and pine forests with spectacular sea views and Africa. Bulma (dog) lives on the property The terrace is ready to take outdoor meals or just enjoying of the best views of Bologna's bay and connect with nature.

To arrive at this house is necessary a vehicle, because the road access in unpaved (rustic way) Charming and cozy, with breathtaking views of the sea. Field, sea, nature and a lot of tranquility. Ideal for people who need to disconnect from the city and nature lovers.

The house is located in Chaparral, Bologna, in the natural park of Punta Paloma Alta. Rate with its most complete infrastructure (shops of all kinds, nightlife, gas station ..., etc.) is 15 minutes away by car.

The beautiful beach of Bologna is 20min walk from the house. In the small town of Bologna there are supermarkets and some excellent seafood and fish restaurants. The Roman Ruins of the Baelo Claudio in the same bay of Bologna are an attraction that deserves a visit during your vacation.

The house is very well maintained, has 2 rooms with 1 double bed per room, kitchenette, living room and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 terraces with outdoor furniture.

Natur pur mit Sicht auf Estrecho

Sauber,einfaches schönes Ambiente,wunderschön abgelegen, hat alles was man braucht, sympatische Eigentümer. Ein einziger Minuspunkt.Das Haus hat zwei Hälften, das gut wäre im Voraus zu wissen, da man dann je nach Mitbewohner ,nicht die absolute Ruhe findet.Es sind beide Teile auch über FeWo zu mieten ,also vielleicht vorher nachfragen ob zur selben Zeit drei junge Spanier zugast sind,die haben ein anderes Verständnis von Ruhe. Wenn allein! ein Traum!!!
