Incredible views over the Bay and the Island of Tabarca.

500 meters from the Playa del Varadero and the Calas del Carlotti, unquestionably the best beaches in Santa Pola, blue flag every year.

The apartment is built on a mountain, on the corner and has 3 orientations, south, west and north, which makes it warm in winter and cool in summer.

The breakfasts on its terrace are spectacular, contemplating the entire bay to the Mata (Torrevieja) and admiring the game of blues where the sky and the sea meet. And what about dinners ... when the moon makes a sea of silver or a lamppost on the island of Tabarca.

The apartment has all the basics needed to make you feel at home, including cleaning and cleaning products, as well as salt, sugar, saccharin, oil, vinegar, condiments, coffee, infusions ...

At 5 km along the coast, you will find a dog beach and several semi-wild coves.

Santa Pola in winter

Our host Jose was lovely - settled us in, took us shopping, checked in with us and let us know about cultural events in the town. Cold nights but it was ‘winter’. Location great for walkers. Half marathon in town fantastic atmosphere. Christmas and New Year fireworks great. Hope to be back.

Mooi Spaans appartement, mooi groot terras en uitzicht, wel hoog dan veel wind, honden zijn welkom

Mooi Spaans appartement met groot terras en prachtig uitzicht. Eerste week moest mijn partner naar dokter en aansluitend ziekenhuis, toen naar apotheek. Eigenaar heeft ons direct geholpen wat en waar we heen moesten, wilde zelfs ons brengen. Later informeerde hij hoe het met hem ging, dus heel attent en of hij iets voor ons kon doen. Echt super. Er was een pan stuk, binnenlaag liet/was los. We kregen direct een nieuwe pan deze kwam hij gelijk brengen. Keurige man, netjes geholpen en prima verblijf. Was alleen iets verder uit het centrum ( oost), maar met de auto zo in het centrum. lopend was voor mij iets te ver.

3 deckenventilatoren in jeden Schlafraum einen war super man kann die auch in 3 Stufen einstellen und leicht die ganze Nacht laufen lassen Lage ist echt super Pool Anlage mit Wiese 👍 Vermieter immer schnell zu erreichen Also man kann da ganz inruhe Urlaub machen

De trĂšs bonnes vacances

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines dans l'appartement de JosĂ© Manuel. Une rĂ©sidence trĂšs calme. L'appartement est trĂšs propre et Ă©quipĂ© de tout ce qui est nĂ©cessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. La plage est Ă  peine 5 min Ă  pied. TrĂšs propre et pas beaucoup de monde, on pouvait Ă  chaque fois s'installer au bord de l'eau pour surveiller les enfants. La piscine est grande et trĂšs bien entretenue. Vous trouverez tous les commerces et restaurants en centre ville. Mais le ++++++ du sĂ©jour est notre hĂŽte JosĂ© Manuel qui s'est montrĂ© plus que serviable, et d'une trĂšs grande gentillesse et d'une aide prĂ©cieuse . N'ayant pas pu prendre ma poussette, JosĂ© Manuel nous a fourni une poussette toute neuve, qui nous a Ă©tĂ© d'une grande utilitĂ©. Il nous a mĂȘme accompagnĂ© Ă  l'aĂ©roport avec sa voiture, vu que le taxi n'Ă©tait pas assez grand pour nous 5. Encore une fois merci Ă  notre hĂŽte qui a permis Ă  notre sĂ©jour d'ĂȘtre des plus agrĂ©ables. Je le recommande trĂšs fortement .

Lugar de encanto y relax frente del mar

Muy bien el apartamento y la atencion del propietario escelente.es un lugar con una terraza espectacular vistas del mar y tabarka ,con una piscina que esta super limpia y los alrededores de la urbanizacion bien mantenido;el acceso a la playa hay muchas escaleras pero en general merece la pena.

Jose was the perfect host. He allowed us in the apartment early and let us stay later on our last day. He greeted our taxi, took us to the supermarket and drove us to the airport when leaving. He is such a genuinely very kind man. The apartment is very clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is plenty of room for 6, there were 4 in our party and found this very comfortable. The terrace, balcony is lovely with amazing views of Santa Pola. The pool area is immaculate and appeared to be cleaned daily. Great pool, deep with a children’s pool and showers. The apartment is in a residential area so there is around a 45 minute walk into the centre of Santa Pola and marina. You can walk all along the beach , so very pleasant. We found the beach directly in front of the apartments had padalo’s and paddle boards for hire. There are no facilities close by eg shops, bars. There are a couple of restaurants but once in the centre there is everything you need. A taxi is around 10 Euro (28 Euro from airport). If you want to drive this apartment is ideal for a base for Alicante and all it has to offer. We would definitely recommend a stay here. We were all very happy with the apartment.

Son appartement, spacieux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec une terrasse vue mer fantastique est situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence fermĂ©e. Good apartment very clean with everything you would require for your stay. Nice size balcony with lovely view. Nice quiet area with a short walk to the beach. Owner was at apartment to welcome us and to show us where everything was. We required his help on one occasion during our stay and he was on the phone instantly and fixed our problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Notre séjour du 10/01 au 15/02/18 s'est bien passé au gré des aléas climatiques L'appartement s'est révélé adapté au séjour hivernal prolongé de personnes agées Le propriétaire présent et disponible est remarquablement éfficace pour régler les petits problÚmes éventuels. En particulier il a fait installer une antenne satellite pour nous permettre de recevoir les chaines françaises ( nous avions apporté notre décodeur canalsat ) A recommander

Overall we found the appearance and layout of the apartment very pleasant.

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment. The location is very close to the airport and to Alicante. Santa Pola itself has many amenities of its own including beaches, shopping and a nice marina area for eating. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is particularly impressive ideal for breakfast outside. Parking is also easy. We had a bit of an incident with the keys and the owner was most accommodating. He was also willing to welcome us to the property late at night. We would like to thank him for his trouble. Please note there are a couple of loose tiles in the living room and some carbon marks around the boiler which are a bit worrying.
