This new 2 bedroom private villa is situated in the countryside, surrounded by a working organic olive grove, 4km from the village of La Corte, 14km from the beach and 25km from the town of Alghero in north west Sardinia.

Recently built on one level, Villa Santa Barbara (sleeping 4/6) is attractively decorated and furnished in modern Sardinian style. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 shower rooms and a sofa bed in the living area in the open-plan kitchen/diner with table and chairs, TV, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and iron. e villa boasts its own swimming pool and secluded gardens.
A driveway leads to a parking area and gardens that surround the villa with pool and outside rock shower. There veranda has a wooden table and benches and barbecue area. There are sunbeds and deckchairs for use around the pool.
The villa is situated between the villages of La Corte and Campanedda for provisions and the closest beach is at Argentiera.
Villa Santa Barbara is situated 4 km from the small town of La Corte and a similar distance from Campanedda. The closest beach of Argentiera is 14km and the larger beach of Porto Ferro is 17km away. It is 28km to the stunning La Pelosa beach at Stintino which is well worth visiting.
The larger city of Porto Torres is 20 km to the north and Alghero is 25km to the south, a vibrant Catalan town steeped in history and has something to offer everyone. There is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias situated around the historic old town with ramparts, character cobbled streets and piazzas. The shops offer the best selection on the island and there is a weekly market with fresh local produce.
The town is fronted by a 5km long white sandy beach with clear sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. There is a port offering boat hire and boat trips to Capo Caccia and Neptune’s Caves.
