New apartment on the ground floor of an apartment building.
Completely furnished and equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
With air conditioning or heating in the whole house.
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.

Mooi appartement in een fijn complex op max 5 min met de auto naar het strand

Fijn en soepel contact met de eigenaren. Appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken en heeft een goede klimaatbeheersing. Fijn zwembad met afrastering zodat onze peuter er niet zelfstandig ik kan lopen was ook fijn. Winkels in de buurt net als voldoende restaurants. Als je naar het strand wil is het afhankelijk van je voorkeur 5, 10 of 15 minuten rijden met de auto. Die 15 min is naar een voor kleine kinderen enorm geschikt strand aan de zoute “binnenzee” zonder golven/stroming bij de plaats Lo Pagan. Al met al een aanrader en het is niet uitgesloten dat we nog eens terugkomen!

very nice and comfy apartment

We had a great time at this luxe apartment. It has everything you want for a holiday. Good beds, everything is very clean, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a large fridge, diswasher, a washing machine (so you don't have to bring lots of clothes), a great garden with view at the pool. Because of the good weather we could sit and eat outside the whole day. When it is too hot for you to sit in the sun, there is a large parasol on the terrace. For your groceries, daily fresh bread or some restaurants or pubs, it is a 10 minutes walk. A very large shopping mal with lots of restaurants and playground for the kids is in a 10 minutes ride. And in only a few minutes you can ride to serveral beautiful large or small (what you prefer) beach. So a nice place for everyone.

Heerlijke plek onder de zon

In dit heerlijke appartement met 4 volwassenen verbleven. Van alle gemakken voorzien, nieuw, schoon, zeer comfortabel. Heerlijke tuin/ terras o.a. met ligstoelen en gezamenlijk zwembad. Centraal gelegen voor golf, strand en andere activiteiten. Veel leuke restaurants in de omgeving, we hebben volop genoten van alles. Dank familie Blokker voor deze super plek. Gr Jan & Jolanda

Top apartment with all the comforts you need.

We had a splendid time in this beautiful apartment. All luxury you want is available, nice kitchen, with oven, microwave, dishwasher. A roomy living room with satellite television and free wifi and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terras located in the front of the apartment has a beautiful view of the sea where you can enjoy the sunrise and your breakfast. The swimming pool consists out of 2 smaller pools and a heated jacuzzi. The beach is located 5 minutes by car from the apartment. The cities Alicante, Murcia, and Cartagena are less than an hour away. Summarized everything is available for a perfect vacation.

Heerlijke vakantie in een top appartement

Heerlijke dagen gehad in casa el descanso. Wat een top appartement met de luxe van thuis; een ruime keuken met vaatwasser, woonkamer met sateliet televisie en maarliefst 2 badkamers.Daarnaast hebben wij kunnen genieten van een ontbijtje op het terras in de zon en ' s avonds van de verwarmde jaccuzi. Het strand kun je bereiken met de auto in 5 minuten. De Spaanse steden Murcia en Cathagena liggen op nog geen uur afstand. Kortom; wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad!

Mooi, luxe appartement met veel faciliteiten

Wat een heerlijk appartement! Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Mooi en luxe ingerichte woning, met heerlijke tuin en tweede terras, zodat je de hele dag buiten kunt zitten bij mooi weer (en dat is het vrijwel altijd!). Fijn zwembad, veel winkels op loopafstand en een geweldig groot winkelcentrum op slechts 10 minuten lopen. Kortom: voor herhaling vatbaar!

Paradijsje aan de Spaanse kust

Wat een heerlijk appartement! Alles is gloednieuw en overal is over nagedacht. Heerlijk om met kinderen naar toe te gaan met zo'n prachtig zwembad in je tuin, goede faciliteiten en alles op loopasftand! Maar we gaan denk ik ook nog wel eens zonder kinderen genieten van deze mooie plek.
