Relax & enjoy the tranquillity and peaceful ambience our villa boasts. Yet only a 15 minute walk to the old town of Kalkan, or a short 5 minuet taxi, Lucia is perfectly set to be close enough to town to enjoy the abundance of restaurants and night life, yet to be far enough away not to be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of town when all you need is peace and quiet.

Fully air-conditioned throughout, this spacious property offers: 4 Large bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, the master bedroom boasts a super Emperor four poster style bed, the next bedroom has a Queen bed and there are 2 twin bedrooms, one of which can be configured to a King bed. All first and top floor rooms have a private balcony or terrace, all with sea views. All 4 bedrooms have the convenience of their own en-suite bathrooms.
The comfortable lounge which overlooks the pool and terrace area, provides you with satellite smart TV, Bluetooth Audio system to play your own music, a large selection books, board and card games. For those who need to keep in touch with the outside world, Villa Lucia has complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout.
Our fully fitted kitchen provides a large breakfast bar and modern appliances including: cooking hob, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a 19 litre chilled bottled water drinking dispenser.
Outside, you can spend your day lounging or dipping in the sun drenched swimming pool. The pool is family friendly with a shallow end and walk-in steps and heated for the cooler months. A shaded canopy shelters a teak furnished dining area that seats 8 people with the benefit of a feature built marble BBQ. The poolside terrace also provides a comfortable outdoor sofa; a peaceful shaded reading area to retreat from the sun or the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book or simply relax.
On the top floor is a beautiful roof terrace with a traditional style Turkish seating area, 2 egg chairs and dining table which looks out at the breath-taking views of Kalkan and the bay. This is most of our guests' favourite place to sit and relax for pre-dinner drinks, watching the sun set before heading to town, or after a night in town, relaxing watching the moonlight dance across Kalkan Bay.

Villa Lucia is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens with a secluded Turkish style seating area amongst a variety of mature palm, banana & citrus trees. Mediterranean flowers including vibrant Bougainvillea, sweet smelling Jasmine & Melissa, and potted geraniums all contributing towards a 'truly romantic setting'.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure the BBQ is clean before leaving. If our cleaners need to clean it £100 will be deducted from your damages deposit.
Please take all rubbish out to the large roadside bins before you leave. if our cleaners have to clear away your rubbish £100 will be deducted from your damages deposit
Please place the 2 keys (front door key and safe key) into the lock box by the front door on leaving, There will be a deduction from your damages deposit for any lost keys that need replacing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests will be provided with a villa and safe key. If keys are lost and replacement locks/safe required, £300 of damages deposit will be taken.
Minor breakages will not be deducted if we are informed at the time please. If we are not informed we reserve the right to hold money from the deposit

Fantastic 14 day holiday

We had a love.y family holiday with my daughter, ,partner and 3 young children. Everything was perfect, everything that you needed was at hand. The views were amazing from the rooftop terrace. Maria and marks communication was brilliant, if we had a small problem it would be sorted within minutes.. thank you both for a lovely stay 💕

Great Holiday

Loved staying at Villa Lucia, from booking to transfers to the Villa itself, Mark and Maria were helpful and responsive. They sorted transfers and had recommendations for taxi firms, to the closest supermarkets and eating out. the Villa was perfect location with great views over Kalkan, the pool had the sun all day and the villa was spotless with plenty of room for all of us. Everything needed from a home from home was there we thoroughly recommend this Villa and service from the hosts. All in all a fantastic holiday and Villa,Many thanks Mark and Maria

Excellent villa

Villa Lucia is everything we expected & more. Maria & Mark have made it very homely inside & have given a lot of thought to little touches. The kitchen has everything that you need & very well catered if cooking for yourself and we enjoyed a couple of BBQ’s in the outdoor, covered dining area. There was plenty of outdoor seating and sun loungers for us all. The comfy seating area in the shade was super for the grandchildren to sit out of the sun & have some quiet time. The children loved the swimming pool & feeding George the tortoise. The sitting room is also very comfy with satellite TV and Music centre with a good selection of CDs. WiFi was good throughout the villa. Maria & Mark answered any questions before we arrived & even arranged as a surprise through our daughter a birthday cake & a bottle of bubbly which was very thoughtful. They also arranged taxi transfers to the airport which worked perfectly. The villa has had some alterations since Maria & Mark bought it & the swimming pool is now better for children with a shallow end & steps. Our 3 year old grandchild isn’t very confident in the water so was happy to sit on the steps for the first couple of days but soon got confident & would jump into the shallow end to be caught by us. Kalkan is a lovely place to explore the alleys & the restaurants that Maria & Mark recommended were all excellent especially the steak. Our overall impression was a beautiful villa in a lovely location . We would certainly go again, which says everything. Thanks again Maria & Mark.

Fabulous house in Kalkan

This property was exactly as it was shown on the website. It is a very well appointed house with everything that you could possible need with fantastic views over the sea. Mark and Maria's communication was fantastic and the check in process was very easy and they responded to any queries that we had quickly. There was a very useful folder with all the property information that we needed along with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Kalkan is very hilly but the inexpensive taxi service took care of this. There is loads to do and see in Kalkan and it is a very special place. Would love to return in the future!

Amazing villa in wonderful Kalkan

Our 3rd visit to Kalkan was no disappointment. Absolutely loved the villa. Clean, spacious and ideal location to see stunning views and easy access to the town. We walked up and down to the town most days as we like the excecise but taxis are very cheap if you want to avoid walking the hills. The kitchen and outside BBQ was well equipped, not that we used it much. Pool was fantastic and well maintained. The villa owners couldn’t have been more helpful before the stay and answered a quick question during the stay really promptly. The airport transfer company they used were great too and cheaper than others we looked at. All the restaurants were once again excellent and we again tried different ones every time we ate out. Lots to see and do around the area. We decided to use taxis this year but have hired cars in the past to go further out. We can’t wait to go back to Kalkan for a 4th time in the not to distant future :)

Ideal location and super accomodation

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday using Villa Lucia as our base. The villa had ample space and facilities for 7 adults, the outside area was very peaceful and beautiful and the pool was much in use throughout our stay. A 10/15 min walk to town and a £2 taxi back up the hill after experiencing all that Kalkan has to offer. Lots of great restaurants and the younger members of our party enjoyed the night clubs until 5 in the morning. We are already thinking of returning in 2019.

Kalkan is very close to our hearts. As a holiday destination for many years, when we decided to buy abroad Kalkan was the obvious place. With its stunning scenery, amazing restaurants and turquoise sea.... what could you not love?! So... Relax, and enjoy.... Villa Lucia, Kalkan.

Why they chose this property

We chose the area Lower Kiziltas in Kalkan as we love this location. We are a 15 minuet stroll down to the town (or a 5 min taxi) so close enough to town to enjoy the abundance or restaurants, shops and bars, but we are located slightly from the town centre, we have the most incredible views of Kalkan and the bay... at night it is a real treat! We also like the area as when you want the peace and tranquillity away from the busy nightlife, Lucia provides that for you.

What makes this property unique

Most the properties in Kalkan are beautiful, and ours is no different. We pride ourselves on our 5* reputation and with returning guests every year, we feel that is truly unique and speaks volumes for how wonderful Lucia is.
