Thank you for your stay, Kerri. Actually, the apartment is not difficult to access at all. The elevator takes you directly to the 4th floor, where the apartment is located. As it is a historic building, the elevator is not very large, but it comfortably fits two people with their suitcases. The only stairs are the 15 steps leading up to the elevator. In any case, I am glad that you had a good stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and its location.

What a tremendous experience from start to finish. First, Antonella, was a tremendous communicator. We had some issues with our arrival, but she was patient and flexible and greeted us with a smile and snacks! The location of the apartment is just meters away from the Pantheon. The proximity for walking to Trevi Fountain, Piazza Novona and even the Coliseum (about 15 minutes away on foot) was tremendous. The food and shopping options right outside of your door are great. The apartment itself worked out well for 7 of us, with places to sit and chat and private areas too. The weather was really hot so we didn't use the terrace as much as we would have hoped, but it is also a wonderful space with a great view of the Pantheon dome. All in all, it was an excellent location and experience. Would highly recommend. Grazie Antonella!

There was this beautiful restaurant right outdide of our room. So many shops nearby. Fantastic views. Steps and elevator were a bit ruff for older people. But was very nice place. 5 stars especially if you are under 60

The apartment is next to the Pantheon. There are several great restaurants, coffee shops, and patisseries near the apartment. The views from the apartment are amazing. Our host was attentive and very helpful. We will stay here again next year.

Perfect for our family of six. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Owner stocked snacks and drinks which the kids loved. Unique decor made it much more cozy and interesting than regular hotels. Amazing location just steps from the Pantheon. Tons of shops and cafes nearby. Safe area, felt comfortable leaving the kids if we went next door for drinks. That said, if you’re looking for modern American comforts, this wouldn’t be a good fit for you. Very typical European apartment with tiny bathrooms, tiny showers. My husband is 6’4” and could barely fit in the shower, was taller than some doorways. But we loved it. Great for families,

Host was very responsive to inquiries and information. Location to local attractions and restaurants was excellent. However, the property description and photos were deceiving. Bathrooms were extremely small and unusable for anyone who is elderly and or larger in size. Showers were too small to even get into or turn around in. Some had extremely high steps which made it difficult and dangerous to get in and out of. Water was extremely hot. Terrace access required you to climb a ladder and climb through a window. Closets also required the use of a ladder. Kitchen was not well equipped for large groups. The bedrooms were very small and if you had a twin bed set up you could not close the door. There was no mention that you had to climb 110 steps to get to the apartment. An elevator was recently installed but you still had to climb 20 steps to get to it. The elevator could only accommodate 2-3 people and you could not turn around in it either. The door locks were very tempermental and were difficult to unlock. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our visit to Rome. The views from the apartment were wonderful.

Thank you, Jeanne, for your stay. - The photos accurately show the apartment: there are 4 small bathrooms (ensuring groups always have at least one free); they meet all safety standards and have been used without issue by guests of all ages and sizes. - There is plenty of hot water—since long showers are usually enjoyable—though naturally, if mixed with cold water, it won't be scalding hot. - To access the private terrace, there is a small, three-step staircase leading from one of the living rooms (as shown in the photo). - There are two small kitchens equipped with everything necessary. - There are 3 bedrooms (all compliant with safety standards) featuring nightstands and wardrobes (with shelves rather than hanging rails); they are spacious, and one room has a king-size bed, with the option to add a single bed nearby upon request. - The apartment is on the 4th floor, which offers a wonderful view. - It is a 17th-century building with high ceilings, but we have an elevator, so there is no need to use the stairs. - The elevator is very modern and high-tech; it holds 3 people (which is a decent capacity), and—as a general rule—it is best to stand still while inside!
