Quiet in a dead end, we will be delighted to welcome you to our house which is attached but well separated and not overlooked. lockable door for the safety of children.
It is 600 m from the beach and our beautiful corniche joining Sion L'Ocean to St Gilles Croix De Vie. You can browse it on foot, by car or by bike. the center of Sion L'Océan is 700m where you will find small shops, walk twice a week, restaurants and all amenities and entertainment in season.
We put at your disposal 2 bicycles to take advantage of the numerous bike paths of our region.
A parking space is reserved for you in front of the accommodation in a private class.
You will have the pleasure of sharing your meals on a sunny terrace or you will find garden furniture, parasol, 2 sunbeds and a barbecue in cement .

- The house has a large living room with a kitchen area where you will find everything you need to cook, as well as crockery for 6 people.
You will have a ceramic hob, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
- The dining area, with a large table and 6 chairs.
- A seating area with a sofa that folds into 160 beds. A flat screen TV,
- A room with bed 140 (good sleeping) and having a large closet with a wardrobe.

On request we can provide for your child, a cot, a high chair, a small bath and changing mat
