About this property

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the medieval town with private garage

Spacious, bright and pleasant apartment of 110 square meters on one level, completely renovated in 2016, with a parking space and a large private garage that can easily accommodate two cars, motorcycles, bicycles ...
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a village house, this apartment is on a quiet street 1 minute walk from the historic and commercial center of Ribeauvillé. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, the living room, all with an area of 50 square meters, facing south and with open views.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with a double bed of 140x190, the second of 14m2 with a double bed of 160x200, and the third of 15m2 with two single beds of 90x190, of a bathroom with 90x140 shower, separate WC as well as a laundry room equipped with an exercise bike and a stepper.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 60 corresponding to the "end of stay" cleaning fee, payable upon your arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

An amazing host and beautiful apartment!

This property is spacious, clean, well equipped and a great location. Having access to the on site garage is an asset rarely enjoyed and a great convenience. Anne is a very gracious, helpful and considerate host, always quick to respond to anything you need. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again

A perfect home away from home

This house is the perfect place to stay while exploring Alsace. The location is ideal, in a quiet side street but just a minutes walk from the town center with all the restaurants, shops and sites. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is fast, the TV has English cable channels as well as streaming channels and the kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a rental. There are parking spaces included which is a huge benefit in the small towns on the Wine Road. The host Anne was excellent in her communication and assistance during our stay and made us feel very welcome. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Alsace.

Super tolles Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich und stimmt mit den Bildern ĂŒberein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemĂŒht um ihre GĂ€ste, gibt viele Tips fĂŒr die Umgebung, welche Restaurants empfehlenswert sind, welche BĂ€cker ihr Handwerk verstehen und sie ist immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die sehr gerĂ€umige Garage liegt gleich unter der Wohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Die KĂŒche hat eine Top Aussattung, alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen

Maison trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. SituĂ©e dans le centre historique de RibeaubillĂ©. IdĂ©ale pour visiter Colmar ou les villages pittoresques des environs. Le garage est immense. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pu rester que 3 jours. C'Ă©tait bien trop court. Nous avons tous les six passĂ© un sĂ©jour mĂ©morable et tenons Ă  remercier Anne pour ses bons conseils et sa gentillesse.Sehr sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Liegt im historischen Zentrum von RibeaubillĂ©. Perfekt, um Colmar oder die malerischen Dörfer in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Die Garage ist riesig. Leider konnten wir nur drei Tage bleiben. Das war viel zu kurz. Wir sechs hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und möchten uns bei Anne fĂŒr ihre guten Tipps und ihre Freundlichkeit bedanken.

We were very pleased with this accommodation. Spacious, quiet, and just one street over from the main street of interest. Anne and her husband were easy to stay in touch with and responsive to our needs. Kitchen well equipped and functional. Garage a pleasant plus in this town where parking is an issue. We would happily return here should we stay in Ribeauville again.

SĂ©jour parfait. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille 4 adultes et 2 ados et tout le monde Ă©tait ravi. L’appartement est spacieux , lumineux et trĂšs fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© et particuliĂšrement bien situĂ© dans le centre historique de RibeauvillĂ© Ă  quelques pas de tous commerces, tout en Ă©tant trĂšs calme sur une cour peu passante. Un grand merci Ă  Anne qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a fait bĂ©nĂ©ficier de ses prĂ©cieux conseils pour nos visites, restos, etc

Very pleasant stay

Perfectly equipped apartment. It has all kind of dishes, kitchen machines, pans, a proper kitchen.... Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. We very well received by the owner of the apartment. The location is also quite convenient in the middle of the old town but also close to the park. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable.
