Beautiful apartment in the heart of the medieval town with private garage
Spacious, bright and pleasant apartment of 110 square meters on one level, completely renovated in 2016, with a parking space and a large private garage that can easily accommodate two cars, motorcycles, bicycles ...
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a village house, this apartment is on a quiet street 1 minute walk from the historic and commercial center of Ribeauvillé. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, the living room, all with an area of 50 square meters, facing south and with open views.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with a double bed of 140x190, the second of 14m2 with a double bed of 160x200, and the third of 15m2 with two single beds of 90x190, of a bathroom with 90x140 shower, separate WC as well as a laundry room equipped with an exercise bike and a stepper.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 60 corresponding to the "end of stay" cleaning fee, payable upon your arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.
