Charming Retaise House in La Flotte

My accommodation is close to the city center. Enjoy this house for outdoor spaces, the area, brightness, hotel bedding and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is perfect for all types of stays (families, couples, business travelers ...).
The house is fully privatized. It consists of an entrance leading to a kitchen (fitted), a center island and a new household. The kitchen opens onto a dining area and a living area with two sofas and a flat screen (with WIFI). Master bedroom has a bed of 160/200, a double wardrobe and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Two other bedrooms each offer two 90/190 beds with double wardrobe. Near the bedrooms, there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A provision, a utility room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and any household.
The house has a 55m² terrace with all external equipment with BBC to enjoy your holiday in quiet (garden furniture, chairs and loungers). Access to the house is via an automatic gate leading to an open and automatic garage.

To know: Linen hire, pillow cases and towels (2 towels per person) for € 15 per person payable in cash on arrival.

A Beautiful house

A superb house, beautifully clean and comfortable and equipped with absolutely every article that could possibly be needed—and of high quality too—-this was a place that made our holiday in La Flotte really special. It was peaceful and a pleasant distance from the centre and bike trails. The owner could not have been more helpful to us….

Ideally suited for an extended family. Secure and very well appointed.

With three generations of a family staying this house was ideal for our stay. The secure garden enabled the children to play and still gave space for the adults to enjoy the sun drenched patio area. The kitchen and utility area is very well appointed. We were able to walk into La Flotte through the charming side streets to the market and harbour and use the myriad of cycle routes to explore other places on the island. The house is four years old but still in pristine condition, the owner was present on arrival and departure to clarify any matters regarding the house and its facilities. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Excellent séjour à la Flottes, dans une maison accueillante, extrêmement bien entretenue et qui présente de nombreuses avantages, notamment la répartition des pièces qui permet aux adultes comme aux plus jeunes d’avoir chacun son espace.

A ne pas manquer !

Une maison offrant tout le confort et tous les détails qui font que le séjour est très agréable ! La propriétaire est une perfectionniste de la propreté et sait accueillir ses visiteurs. La situation proche du centre de la Flotte à pied et des pistes cyclables a répondu à nos attentes. Il y avait aussi tout le nécessaire pour un enfant en bas âge. Merci pour ce séjour parfait !
