Between sea and mountain, you will occupy an apartment located on the ground floor of a neo-Basque villa with an independent entrance. Quiet, its 2 bedrooms and the living room overlook the private garden with a clear view of the mountains.

On the large 21 m2 terrace you can have lunch in the shade of the silk tree while looking at our beautiful Rhune mountain.

The heart of the village with its shops, restaurants and entertainment is a 5-minute walk away.
Many walks, accessible to children, are possible from Ascain.

Séjour très agréable à Ascain au rez-de-chaussée de cette belle maison. Accueil très sympathique par nos hôtes. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le confort, la proximité pour aller à pieds jusqu'au centre bourg où se trouvent boulangerie, Spar, et excellent traiteur de restaurant.

Le région est superbe et offre de multiples activités, le logement est magnifique et très bien situé, au calme, proche de la mer comme de la montagne. Logement très bien équipé, agréable. Nous avons bien profité du jardin qui est très joli avec une vue imprenable sur la Rhune. Nous étions 2 couples avec 1 bébé chacun et c’était impeccable, les chambres sont spacieuses. Je recommande !

Logement parfait !

Le logement est très beau et très fonctionnel. Toutes les grandes pièces donnent sur le joli jardin, avec vue sur les sommets environnants. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et attentionnés. Ascain est un village charmant, lieu idéal pour visiter le Pays Basque. Je recommande cette location sans aucune réserve !

Magnifique!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un enfant et un bébé , la location comprend tout le nécessaire nécessaire et une agréable terrasse extérieure pour dîner, avec une vue magnifique sur la Rhune. Ela location est très bien située à Ascain, permettant de profiter à la fois de la plage et de la montagne. Avantage important, l’appartement situé au rez de chaussée est resté très frais pendant la canicule!

Ah le pays basque, quelle magnifique région ! Et quand tous les ingrédients sont réunis (propriétaires très sympathiques, vue de l’appartement sur la Rhune et les montagnes voisines, confort du logement, proche village d’Ascain) alors on passe de superbes vacances.

Très belle propriété. Appartement grand et lumineux, très propre, très bien équipé, vaisselle en assez grande quantité. Très belle vue sur les montagnes, belle pelouse bien verte. Quartier très calme. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui restent ensuite très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Pays Basque.

Très bel appartement en r. de ch. surélevé, dans un cadre de petite montagne verdoyant. Belle exposition E.S.E. dont le jardin offre vue exceptionnelle sur la fameuse RHUNE.. Appt très confortable, spacieux, très lumineux et très reposant dans unlotissement très calme... Propriétaires très accueillants et très serviables sans envahir... Oui, nous avons vécu un excellent séjour dans une belle location et un bel environnement entre Océan et Montagne, dont un très bon moment au sommet de la RHUNE.

superschön!

Wir haben zu fünft einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verlebt. Sie ist genau so, wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist - schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus über der Ferienwohnung, was aber kein Problem ist, da sie sehr nett und zurückhaltend sind. Da das Haus an einem Hang liegt, befinden sich die beiden Gärten auf den entgegengesetzen Hausseiten. Und da die Gärten der benachbarten Häuser nicht direkt angrenzen hat man einen relativ gut "geschützen" Bereich. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet an einer Sackgasse. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen! Von dort aus kann man auch sehr schöne Ausflüge machen. Obwohl man im fußläufigen Ort alles bekommt, was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt, ist man doch auf ein Auto angewiesen. Zum Strand sind es ca 20-30 Autominuten. Hier wäre es sinnvoll, Fahrräder dabeizuhaben, da die Straßen zu bestimmten Zeiten doch etwas voll sind :-). Alles in Allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung!

Séjour très agréable et un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et de sa famille. Très belles prestations et l'endroit est magnifique entre mer et montagne.Idéal pour un couple avec enfants. Nous y retournerons certainement et avec un très grand plaisir dès que possible avec toute la famille.

séjour juin 2011

Le séjour passé à Ascain en juin 2011 s'est déroulé dans d'excellentes conditions. Il a pu bénéficier d'un ensoleillement fort agréable permettant de profiter des richesses de la région du Pays basque et de celles de la mer toute proche. Le village d'Ascain est reposant, déjà urbain par certains côtés mais encore largement rural par bien d'autres. Saint Jean de Luz, tout à côté, est une belle ville, animée le jour comme le soir avec de multiples ruelles près du bord de mer et qui portent la joie de vivre. Quant au patrimoine local il est tout simplement exceptionnel. L'hébergement dans l'appartement mis à disposition par Arnaud et Véronique a tout simplement permis à nos vacances de trouver tout le bonheur et le repos attendus : cadre verdoyant et calme, en rez de jardin, larges baies vitrées assurant toute la luminosité souhaitée, équipements neufs et fonctionnels, décoration de bon goût, sanitaires soignés, espaces offrant, si besoin, à chacun la possibilité de s'isoler, proximité du centre du village avec ses commerces, ses manifestations diverses. La proximité immédiate de l'Espagne constitue, bien sùr, un atout supplémentaire.
