La maison est dans un endroit très calme, proche du port, il s'agit plutôt d'une baie tranquille où flottent quelques bateaux. Le centre ville de saint pol de Leon est à 20-25 minutes à pied. Le restaurant à proximité mais où nous ne sommes pas allés, était toujours complet, il est parait-il renommé. Concernant la maison, il est préférable de ne pas avoir besoin de la chambre du rez de chaussée avec le lit une place pour y dormir, car l'autre partie du salon n'est pas très grande et s'avère insuffisante quand on est nombreux. la partie salle à manger attenante à la cuisine est super avec de grandes fenêtres et beaucoup de clarté. L'équipement de la cuisine est suffisant, même pour une famille nombreuse qui cuisine, mais les poeles et marmites tefals étaient assez abimées.La maison est plutôt sonore, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge. La partie jardin est assez exiguë et hormis pour y étendre le linge, nous n'y sommes pas allés. La proximité de la mer, et la beauté du paysage toujours changeant sont un vrai plus. On a assez peu pris la voiture, la plage saint Anne est proche (un petit quart d'heure à pied). La propriétaire de la maison est sympathiqur et réactive et résoud avec efficacité les petits problèmes du quotidien.Un séjour qui donne envie de revenir dans la region pour mieux la connaitre. Saint pol de Leon est une ville animée où l'on voit qu il y a une vie locale en dehors de la période estivale.

Un très bon souvenir !

Le gîte est charmant, spacieux, très propre et idéalement situé. Nous avions une belle vue sur la mer depuis les deux chambres de l'étage. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le calme et la véranda côté jardin tres lumineuse. Enfin, l'accueil fut tres agréable. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Une semaine de rève !!!

Je rêvais depuis longtemps d'amener toute la famille au bord de la mer dans cette partie de la Bretagne qui est tellement belle, mais il fallait que la maison qui nous accueille soit vraiment au bord de mer : pour pouvoir la voir, la sentir, l'entendre,... C'est enfin chose faite grâce à cette location, elle est idéalement placée : à quelques mètres du petit port et à dix minutes à pied - à peine - d'une jolie plage et d'un petit parc. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir y passer un séjour très confortable, elle est spacieuse et très agréable à vivre - tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. La propriétaire est très accueillante et est réellement à l'écoute des locataires pour qu'ils puissent passer un séjour idéal. Tous les alentours - et bien entendu St Pol de Léon - sont absolument à voir : Carantec, Roscoff, Morlaix, Santec, l'île de Batz,... Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour un prochain séjour en Bretagne.

Maison très agréable et conviviale. La décoration est soignée et invite à la détente. Une vraie parenthèse dans le quotidien!! Cette maison est également très bien conçue pour deux familles avec ses 2 salles de bains. Elle est bien située avec un accès rapide à la mer. La vue de la chambre Callot nous y invite! Très bien située, pour de jolies découvertes dans le secteur. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Allez y !!!! Nous, nous y retournerons!.

REPOSANT ET VIVIFIANT

Location conforme à l'annonce; maison accueillante et très bien entretenue, clarté de la grande pièce principale ainsi que du coin repas qui est très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée avec une jolie décoration. La vue sur mer depuis la chambre "ile Callot" est magnifique !!! Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille avec nos 3 enfants, nous y retournerons !!!

Calme et charme.

St Pol de léon est resté un village typique et c'est fort agréable. On peut y faire de belles balades, pêches, plages, visites ... C'est un endroit calme et reposant. La maison est joliement rénovée et pleine de charme. Bien qu'elle soit mitoyenne avec les propriétaires, on se sent tout de même chez soi. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et agréables. De plus, on ouvre la barrière de la maison et 50 mètres plus bas, vous êtes sur le petit port. Moi qui ait le sommeil léger, j'ai appécié ce calme.
