Open loft apartment 20 minutes walk from Siena

The apartment is located in a green area very close to Siena downtown. It's part of an old farm house completely renovated with 16 apartments and 10 double rooms.

The apartment Olivi is a duplex apartment with an upper open floor where is located the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. On the ground floor a big open space with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffe machine fire, electric oven, four places cooktop. There is also a confortable double sofa bed.

The apartment is very sunny as windows are located on both sides of the apartment. There is no private garden but the area is surrounded by 4 hectars of park. Barbecue area available for guests.

Our salt water pool is located on the upper side of the garden and it's a salt water pool open from May to October.

With a small extra charge is possible to join our buffet breakfast and also book the daily cleaning. Every 5 nights one cleaning is included in the apartment rate.

300 meters from the property you can find the biggest grocey store of Siena (COOP supermarket).

To reach the center you can use the public transportation - the bus stop is located 400 mt far from the apartment - or 20 minutes walk using the esclator located in front of Siena train station. In case you want to use your own car, at our reception - open from 7am to 11 pm in the summer period and 10 pm during winter time - you can get maps of Siena with information of free and pay parking.
