Villa Flora is a bright and stylish villa with 60 sqm exclusive pool, a lush garden and it is less than 1 km from Marina di Ragusa. It is right next to the Nature Reserve and mouth of Irminio river and close to the sandy beaches of the southeastern coast of Sicily. A new bycicle path joins the villa to the main promenade in Marina di Ragusa that is just 5 mins. walk.

Modern and tastefully furnished Villa Flora has been newly provided with the most modern comforts. Villa Flora will welcome you in 4 coloured bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accomodate up to 7 adults and an added bed in one double bedroom. A wide internal living area consisting of a very modern kitchen and a dining area with table and sofas as well as a fantastic winter garden will make you enjoy a totally relaxing holiday. An outdoor kitchen with furnished barbecue, a shaded verandah with table and chairs for al freasco meals surrounded by the nature and the well-kept mediterranean garden are the right frame for a special family or group holiday. Last but not least Villa Flora offers a wide roof-top terrace from with you will enjoy suggestive and unforgettable sunsets and fantastic swimming pool that can be heated upon request. Villa Flora is a the right place for a holiday all year round.

The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV corner, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric car charging column, heated pool and it is an excellent base for visiting the main tourist attractions of the area such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Siracusa, Noto and a lot more.

Lovely property and close to a very nice town and beach and within easy distance to some old townsProperty was lovely well equipped and secure if a little close to main road , pool was superb as was outside kitchen property very well maintained and Flavia was truly outstanding and helped a lot during our stay so check-in was excellent communication with the owner I felt was somewhat lacking and I think without Flavia it would have not gone as wellThoroughly recommended

Fabulous Villa and pool

Villa and pool beautiful, modern, very clean. Local Marina da Ragusa good for evening meals. Toto about 1 hour away worth a visit. Advise to research the area and note comments about fly tipping, road conditions and general up keeping. Sicily needs clean its act up. Local people lovely and friendly.

Property was great except for small ants in bathrooms and bedrooms. Needed to be attended to daily. Property needs a larger washing machine and a drier. People on vacation can’t be bothered with doing laundry and air drying clothing

Hält alles, was sie verspricht

Die Villa Flora liegt im Süden von Sizilien in der Nähe von Marina di Ragusa. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man feinsandige Strände und ein Meer, das schon im Mai zu einem erfrischenden Bad einlädt. (;-) Die wichtigsten Ausflugsziele sind der Ätna (1,5 Autostunden) und Syrakus (1 Autostunde), aber auch Marina di Ragusa und Ragusa selbst sind Ausflüge wert. Allerdings macht es einem die Villa Flora mit seinen vielen Annehmlichkeiten, zu denen unter anderem der große Pool mit Whirlpool-Bereich und die Outdoor-Küche zählen, schwer, loszulassen und sich auf Inselerkundungstour zu machen. Gebucht haben wir die Villa Flora aufgrund der großartigen Bilder und der geschilderten Eigenschaften. Und wir können bestätigen: Die Villa Flora hält alles, was sie verspricht! Dank des praktischen Self-Check-Ins war es auch keinerlei Problem, dass wir aufgrund einer Flugverspätung erst gegen 1:30 Uhr morgens in der Villa Flora angekommen sind. Unsere Objektmanagerin Flavia ließ uns dann auch gemütlich ausschlafen und für den nötigen ersten Einkauf zu sorgen, bevor wir uns dann am Nachmittag erstmals persönlich kennengelernt haben. Flavia stand uns gefühlt 7/24 zur Verfügung, fragte uns regelmäßig nach etwaigen Begehrlichkeiten und organsierte auch die zwischenzeitliche Poolreinigung, das Housekeeping und die Endreinigung. Herzlichen Dank, Flavia, für die liebevolle Betreuung!

Beautiful, well equipped Villa

This is a beautiful, spacious villa in a quiet, secluded location just outside of Marina Di Ragusa. The villa was well equipped and extremely comfortable. We would all definitely recommend a stay. The owners were extremely helpful and quick to reply to any queries.

Propriété moderne et propre. Gérants à l'écoute et disponibles. Le grand espace sous véranda est très agréable .Maison fonctionnelle. Idéale pour une grande famille ou groupe d'amis. Un bon moment.

Una vacanza indimenticabile

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero bella. Ottima l'accoglienza. La villa é spaziosa e molto luminosa. In due minuti d'auto si raggiunge Marina di Ragusa dove ci sono supermercati, ristoranti e gelaterie ottime. Abbiamo avuto una settimana di tempo bello e siamo stati molto bene in piscina. La consiglieremo certamente.

Woning is top kwaliteit! Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was voor ons ook fijn. Rustig maar alles binnen handbereik.
