This 100 year old renovated fully A/C Villa is set over 3 floors on 200 sqm and has approach by steps from the below parking area which is just about 50m away.
The ground floor consists of a patio in front that has a nice garden plants shade and a lovely sea view perfect for relaxing when it gets too hot on the sun, a large lounge/dining area with Sat.TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle and a coffee maker, as well an air conditioned bedroom with two single beds.
The first floor consists of two air conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds, two shower rooms, as well as a large terrace offering an amazing panoramic sea view equipped with furniture for outdoor dining and deck chairs where you can sunbathe or enjoy one of the best sunset views in Cavtat .
The top floor has a air conditioned bedroom with a double bed.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit 10 Personen in diesem Domizil. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden herzlich von der Eigentümerin begrüßt und konnten uns zu jeder Zeit an Sie wenden. Es sind kostenfreie Parkplätze sowie genügend Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung vor Ort vorhanden. Die Küche ist bis auf ein kleines Manko mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Küchenspüle hat ausschließlich einen Kaltwasseranschluss aber der Wasserkocher bringt Abhilfe. Wir kommen schon alleine wegen dem genialen Ausblick gerne wieder.

Lovely Property in Cavtat

Really enjoyed staying in this villa for two weeks, which comfortably fits two families. Eli the property owner was very helpful and the villa was very clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful. The beach is very close with great water sports facilities, however over 100 steps to access it, so if you have trouble walking or with buggies this may prove a bit difficult (not in our case though). Some lovely restaurants in the main town but can be a bit pricey. It would be helpful to have hot water in the kitchen and laundry facilities. Thank you Eli for being such a lovely host.
