Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this rental. The property itself had several pre-existing issues that we reported during our stay. There was also a mark on the wood countertop that I noticed when we arrived. Because it appeared to be an older mark, I reasonably believed it was pre-existing and did not report it separately.After our stay, the host claimed that we had caused the countertop damage. I explained that I had noticed it upon arrival and even provided a photo taken when we arrived that shows the countertop area. Despite my responses and attempts to explain the situation, I never received a response addressing the evidence or my explanation.Instead, the host charged my card on file for the alleged damage. I strongly disagree with being held responsible for damage that I observed when we arrived and did not cause.The most disappointing part was not just the disputed charge, but the lack of communication and opportunity to resolve the issue before my card was charged. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about staying at this property.

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location, My family enjoyed this home. We had so much fun just being at the house. Location of the home is not far from any activities from Aspen to Glendale Springs. I highly recommend this home.
