Daniel was a great host, very communicative. There were just a couple small things like a broken door and some lights not working, but I think they were discovered last minute and I know those issues will be fixed. There is a pool and the place is walking distance to the beach and several groceries and restaurants.

Alejandro met us at the property, let us in, and then explained everything we needed to know about staying there. He also told us to contact him if we needed anything. He was super nice and friendly. He even arranged for transportation from the airport to the apartment. The unit is located in a safe and clean building centrally located to the beach, restaurants, bus stops and mini markets. It also has a very large balcony that overlooks the pool. We received 2 sets of keys so our family didn't always have to do everything together. For a family of 5, there was plenty of common area space, and the kitchen has a very large refrigerator. If we ever come back to this beautiful city, we would definitely stay here again.

Secluded but great location

Loved our stay here. Enclosed courtyard was excellent with children. Only downside is the pool isn’t heated....

Schöne Herbstwoche in Barcelona

Das Apartment ist wirklich schön und gut gepflegt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt: 5 min. zum Strand (prima Jogging-Promenade), 15 min. zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zur Markthalle St. Catalina, gute Metro- und Bus-Anbindung. Zum Auditori läuft man ca. 20 min. Auch die Nahversorgung ist gut. Den Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine (mag im Sommer anders sein). Insgesamt eine sehr ruhige Stadtlage, was wir als sehr erholsam empfunden haben. Den Küchenbestand bitte unbedingt um ein paar mehr Gläser ergänzen, ansonsten alles prima!
