Villalia Patricia is fully equipped with a private heated swimming pool with views of the sea, Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos.

The villa consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms. One double bedroom with 1.50m x 1.90m bed and bathroom en suite, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. There is a shower room.



The fully equipped kitchen with complete kitchenware offers everything necessary for food lovers, the house has all the usual appliances so that you do not miss anything. From the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace, so preparing a picnic while your family enjoys a swim is very easy and comfortable.



The living room and dining room are also very modern and tastefully decorated.



Villalia Patricia offers a wide variety of services for your comfort such as wifi service, Smart TV, 49 inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), air conditioning, comfortable outdoor furniture (hammocks, table, chairs, pergola and barbecue). This accommodation is equipped with private parking space and private and independent entrance.



Located in Playa Blanca, just 5 minutes walk from the beach of Las Coloradas and very close to important places to visit such as Playas Papagayo, Los Hervideros and Timanfaya National Park.

This is our 2nd visit to this fantastic Villa. Very private, great views. We will be back. A full size mirror in the bedroom would be nice as the ony mirrors are in the bathrooms.

Modern Playa Blanca Villa

We have just returned from 11 nights at this superb property. Fabulously clean, wonderfully appointed and with a plentiful outdoor sunbathing area. We would highly recommend this villa and would happily return.

Perfect place clean quiet and modern

Great place to hang out. It was super clean and the outside area spacious for lounging and dining out. We spent time in the clean pool and on the loungers - just as the pictures show - I’d book again and the hosts were fantastic at communications and helpful advice.

Wonderful Villa

We have stayed a few times in this villa often for 4/6 weeks at a time , quiet location with great views. Villa company excellent to deal with and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect. Would highly recommend. Would really recommend more shade perhaps over existing patio cover to offer better protection from sun . Install a safe to give security for passports etc. Shower cubicles would benefit from shelving to place shower helps , shampoos etc Both showers would offer protection if they had shower mats to prevent gusts from sliding.

Lovely villa, well located with open sunny aspect

The villa provided a great location for a quiet relaxing holiday. Within easy walking distance to the Papagayo beaches and the local supermarket, cafe/bars. Well presented and with a excellent pool. The management team of Stéphanie, Aridane and Jose were helpful and available throughout from initial booking to the end of our stay - many thanks to them, we had a great holiday and look forward to a return visit.

Great villa location and presentation

Villa Patricia has a lovely open aspect and situated within easy walking distance of the Papagayo beaches and the local supermarket, cafe/bars. Very well presented being clean, well maintained and well equiped. All the booking arrangements went to plan and the management team were helpful and available to message if and when required. Everything was very consistent with the description on the site. The location is calm and very convenient (need a car but can walk to the beach). the view is amazing. The villa is in very good state and very clean. We had a few small issues, they have been discussed with Stéphanie & Aridane, everything has been sorted out.

Excellent villa

We have rented number of villas over many years and Villalia is probably the best rental company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with . They were extremely easy to contact and were always friendly and accommodating. The villa itself was comfortable and ideal for our needs. The parking facility proved a real bonus when having to deal with heavy luggage and food shopping. A spacious pool and deck area was complemented with wonderful a sea view to one side and a mountain vista to the other. It’s located in a quiet area with easy access to a couple of supermarkets and with a 25 minute coastal walk to Rubicon marina with its bars and restaurants. A car would prove useful for this area but not necessarily essential. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning early in the new year. 1. Improved shaded area so that we can enjoy alfresco dining at all times of the day, especially to make the most of the wonderful views. 2. Access to English speaking TV channels
