Great location. Many thanks to Benedetta for her warm welcome and kindness. Her help and availability were extremely appreciated (booking the airport transfer, check-in, luggage, etc.). Very well-equipped, spacious apartment with a very pleasant balcony (lovely view). Bathroom a bit small.

This apartment is 100% about location, location, location!

It was very easy to find from the airport. We opted to use the subway for our family of 4 although the taxi would have been easier and the same price. The apartment was located in a very quiet street near the Spanish Steps. There is easy access to the subway or taxi and walking distance to many top tourist attractions. As we planned to travel by train through Europe, we took full advantage of the laundry/washer in the apartmemt. The hand held shower was a challenge, as the ceiling is slanted and the drainage was slow. We would stay here again.... the apartment was a tranquil retreat after long hot days touring Roma!

Perfect Location

We all know workers are few but the property needs a good cleaning. The location is perfect and the property is well supplied. The shower needs a plumber as a pipe is broken or leaking behind the tub. It can be fixed and not ruin your beautiful floors.

The location is great however the unit was not as depicted in the photos and the bathroom (particularly the shower) was almost unusable with little to no headroom and water spilling onto the floor every time it was used. This could be a beautiful property but needs some attention.

Great location....but needs some attention.

The apartment is centrally located on Via Margutta and is a nice size with a lovely view of the Borghese gardens, however, I would not describe it as a luxury rental by any means. The bathroom had a toilet seat that was worn beyond its years. The shower curtain was ripped with mould stains. Surely, this would cost little money to replace. If you plan to take more than a three-minute shower, plan to spend 10 minutes mopping up the water. This place could be a real gem, but unfortunately, the owner/management have not kept it up to the standards it advertises the apartment as.

I had to book this place last minute due to another house having plumbing issues. Alessandro was very welcoming. I didn't enjoy the shower but over all everything was great!
